What a fantastic way to see the "Big Apple". Our bus driver Santana made our day! She was so helpful and friendly. Great attitude :-) Thank you!
One suggestion: there should be an additional stop near the Whitney Museum to make it easier to reach this attraction as well as Little Island and Chelsea Market. The distance between WTC and Hudson Yards is a bit too far.

I had such a great time on the Night Tour! Shelley did a great job telling us about what we saw and lots about all of New York. She loves New York and was entertaining and informative. German was a great driver and helped us keep safe and get to the best spots for photo ops. I highly recommend this tour!

My wife and and I had a blast on this trip. Shelly was perfect as our tour guide; funny, knowledgeable and warm. (Greg did a good job driving the big bus through the NYC traffic).
So much to see and doing it at night produced some iconic views. Highly recommend this especially near the beginning of your visit to get a good overview and get some good local tips from Shelly.

Visited NYC the weekend of 8/12/2023 on a girls trip and took the big bus tour. It was the best way to see the city. There was no actual tour guide on the bus but the best driver that we encountered was Santana and she was awesome! Gave tips on restaurants, pointed out sights and gave excellent commentary on the city. Also gave great directions to where we were going. Just wish she was the only driver that we had that weekend.

Firstly, Great staff who really tried to make the whole experience as good as possible. The main problem is that the traffic in New York is a nightmare, so the Downtown loop takes at least 3hrs and the Uptown loop 2hrs. Which doesn't leave a lot of time for hopping on or off. The Uptown tour was quite interesting with informative commentary but the downtown was basically a long slow gridlocked drive down Boardway and back along the Hudson River. The Downtown commentary was not as good as Uptown with a lot of long musical interludes. You would better spend your time taking the subway downtown and doing a walking tour. Also, all the buses after 4pm are pretty rammed so the whole of our journey was spent downstairs and there were plenty of people left to wait for the next bus. To be fair it was a Saturday in August so peak peak season. On the plus side if you complete both tours you can say you have seen a lot of the canyons of Manhattan. Enjoy!

What a wonderful experience - mostly because of this remarkable lady! She was absolutely so welcoming and knowledgeable! My son called her the nicest New Yorker we have met! This is Santana and she even helped to remind me to slow down and enjoy the ride - that the Big Bus was meant to make for a good holiday....she really is a gem! She clearly loves what she does, and she was just fantastic to all of us on the bus today. The views were great but the way she shared her knowledge just made for a once in a lifetime trip with my son!
