Love this place came earlier this months to get the kids out the house for school holidays. we had an absolute blast with laser tag, did two sessions and it was the most cardio I’ve done in ages but loved every minute, kids had a fantastic time. Had lunch straight afterwards food was great. Fast and efficient

I had my birthday party here, and honestly, the staff were absolutely amazing, they were super kind and just genuinely so sweet about everything. I have never had such a good experience with customer service, and I am so happy with how my night turned out! I highly recommend this place, everyone is so kind!

A great place if you guys are crazy about bowling 🎳. This place is equally good for kids and adults. The staffs are really supportive. I had no idea about bowling. Went with friends. It was really fun. I enjoyed a lot. At the counter while booking slots you could say to raise the side gates for kids. So that ball doesn't go off grid. It would be really good for them.You have drinks and snacks available.
I really loved the place and am sure to keep visiting the place. Since it is situated inside Westfield carousel parking is not at all a problem.
Really a must try activity . It would be a great experience. 🙂🎳

I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's your last resort and everywhere else is fully booked. I rarely give a 1-star review, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. Despite prepayment for a booking, we had to wait for 25 minutes past our scheduled time due to the previous customers running late. The tables were unclean, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Additionally, despite not using our allocated time fully, we were warned that we might not finish our game due to our delay. Save your time and money; there are far better bowling venues worth trying, not this one.

Edit: Thank you for addressing our previous review. However, we must clarify the situation. Yes we did arrive at 3.45pm for our 4pm scheduled play but were informed that the lane was running late, at 4:20 pm the lane became available so we headed there to start. No staff member notified us that the previous players left, lucky we kept an eye out. Additionally, it took an extra 10 minutes for the staff to clear the table, prompting our request. Not hygienic at all, the table was full of dirty plates and empty beer bottles.
We simply ask for honesty regarding our experience, as the misrepresentation you are speaking of and your un-true explanation is concerning for the integrity of your business.

Young Chap with spectacles in a green shirt on 6.1.24 at 5.45pm was rude. He was unclear with his instructions and began raising his voice to me and my son and his friends. If he said clearly that everyone had to read the instructions we would have been fine. He said have a read and I did. Then he questioned me how did I read it. Maybe he reads slow but I am a fast reader. And irrespective he shouldn’t just tell me I haven’t read it when I definitely took the time to read each sentence.
Then he tells me off that each person has to read it; but he specifically said only said “read it” to me.

I told him, this is my sons birthday there’s no need to be hostile.

Some clear communication would go a long way.

Great place for entertainment and staff are lovely.

I often attend this venue for some fun time, however on Sunday I went there with a group of 4 friends at 7:40pm as on the website it says that it closes at 9pm on Sundays, but we were told that now they close at 8pm on Sundays and the website needs an update.

I felt like it made us waste our time when we could've gone elsewhere.

The atmosphere was fantastic, the children had a great time throughout the event. The service was exceptional, and Emily, our birthday coordinator, was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food served was delicious, expertly prepared, and accommodated the dietary needs of some of our guests, making my daughter and her friends very happy. I highly recommend this place.

Ten Pin Bowling and still a family winner! Gluten free food on the menu, fun mocktails for non-alcholics and just a load of fun! Great value for money and we had two games!
