Chaffic Northbridge

The service is appalling! The young lady taking the ordering is presenting such rude manner to the customer, which really shocks me. She was rushing the young kid by yelling at her while with chewing gum in her mouth. It makes you feel that you should not have come to interrupt her rest! Ridiculous place and will never ever recommend any friends to visit that place!

Today there is a very bad experience, December 29, 2:10 pm, I took two children to buy milk tea in the Northbridge store, I advocate encouraging children to order by themselves, I did not expect to go to be treated like this, this female staff was sitting there playing with the phone, the innermost eating, very reluctant to stand up, to my daughter very impatiently asked "What size"? And frowned, I feel very angry no matter how you can not be such an attitude towards an 8-year-old girl, I would like to know you are so training staff on the job?

It was hot and the Lychee watermelon just soooooo good. It was fresh and perfect for hot day. The place also clean and good to have a chit chat with friends

I've tried bubble tea from many different stores in Perth, but Chaffic is definitely my favorite. The sago is always cooked perfectly, and the tea has a nice smooth flavor. I especially like the brown sugar pearl milk tea and the tofu milk tea.

I know that some people may not find Chaffic to be anything special, but I think it's the best bubble tea in Northbridge. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Small bubble tea and dessert place with limited seating area inside. Always clean when we visited. Staff are warm and friendly. The menu is inventive and have some new items on offer that's seasonal. You can order via the app which has coupon deals. Worth a visit.

We visited Chaffic on Tuesday night (25/04/23). We're welcomed by very professional staff (Messi and David), informing us of the 50% discount if we order via app and serving with the best attitude. Impressed by the service and enjoy the delicious drinks.

Ordered a “warm”coconut island….but it serviced cold one…I have to warm up by myself. And it’s not worth it for price..taste watery barely taste coconut flavour…but it’s beautiful shop though.
