I saw Kristin Trill for over ten years and I will say that she was the best to me. She always went above and beyond to try and help get me feeling better. She made me feel like I mattered and deserved proper medical care. In my experience providers like this are rare. I value everything she has done for me over the years. Thank you.
I loved Kristen Trill when I met her..she seemed to care. But when I had a horrible car accident leaving me with mental and physical issues Trill banned me. They don't care.
Quiet and clean. The people there are some of the nicest that I have ever met. Admirable bed side manners of all.
Love Kristen Trill. She's amazing and listens to me and any concerns I may have. I tell her my suggestions on courses of treatmen, and she either agrees or recommends something else, but she's always going in the right direction. , without a doub, highly recommend her a primary caregiver.
First visit here to establish patient care with Dr. Sheets, everything was great they were very friendly and professional.
It's always a very friendly hospital. I was there for a Dr. Appointment. Everything went well and if you need lab work you can get it done right there.Not usually a wait.
My daughter and I have primary care physicians here and everytime we are sick we get sent to urgent care instead of them using one of their open slots for sick patients. I'm absolutely sick of Cleveland Clinic, they have destroyed the very doctors that cared about our wellbeing.
The best doctors office i've ever had! Kristin Trill is so nice and caring. :) Edit: just a quick little update. The office is still nice but when calling to make an appointment it doesn't send over to the actual office it goes to Cleveland Clinic appointment center. It takes 25 minutes to make an appointment and now they're so over booked it takes about a month to get an appointment and almost impossible to get in if your sick the week of. You can keep them as a well appointment visit but you'll most likely have to go to a walk in or ER if you need attention that's more urgent.
