حاب اشكر الاستاذ المحترم مشعل المحيميد على الخلق الجميل وسرعة الانجاز خلص موضوعي في اقل من عشر دقائق موظف يستحق الشكر والتقدير ويعطيك انطباع ممتاز عن الفرع بشكل خاص وعن البنك بشكل عام وفقه الله.

Very bad service . No matter your gold member or not. Stupid bank . Closing the account
Worst customer service
visited many branches for personal loan but couldn't get, even I have salary transfer account with NCB with Sarie system. waste of time. they said they don't have any agreement with company to provide loan. I asked them to make an agreement by contacting company. its impossible to get loan from this bank
