Good choices but very over priced

This is an excellent place to find a suitcase. They had exactly what I wanted. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Stopped in to get a new set of luggage. The staff was friendly and the prices were decent for quality luggage that will hopefully last a long time.

Purchased a backpack that started to fall apart after 2 uses. Attempted to return it and the associate had a horrible attitude. Unable to refund and the store manager was on vacation for approval, what a joke. Grateful the employee refunded me after making a executive decision. Won’t be shopping this location again.

I went in to this store a day after I bought a bag for my mother. As I walked in I let the person behind the counter(Mark Dittrich) know I had bought a bag the day before and I had a question about a strap that came with the bag. Even though he knew he wasnt getting a another sale from me he still took his time and helped me figure out what the strap was for. Will definitely go back to this for my future luggage needs just because of this transaction alone! Great sales rep!
