Do not buy!
Pathetic apartments. I’m living in them and what a disaster it is.

2nd day of me living and the washroom hot water pipe busted. They had installed plastic cheap, toy pipes and then asked me to pay for replacement when the house is brand new and is not made for function.

4th day in and second pipe busted in kitchen.
6 or 7 day right now and Muslim shower is leaking. They are not replacing even though it is a brand new freaking apartment.

Spoke to other people living here and they experienced exactly the same! Everyone living here is regretting.

Geyser is so so soooooo freaking small. Can only wash dishes. We go to my in laws house to take a shower. JUST IMAGINE!!!!

This is just a pretty apartment which incredibly cheap cheaappppppp installations and they aren’t functional for living at all!!!!

10 years and the project has still not been handed over to owners and since project has been painted from outside, innocent people often fall victim and invest thinking it will be handed over soon. Do not fall for dealers telling you that it will be delivered in weeks and months until you have written confirmation from bahria.

Huge building with cozy looking apartments under construction. Seems a very good place to invest based on location and grandeur
