Been going there for the last almost 8 years. And it's STILL MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SPEND AS MANY WEEKEND'S OVER THERE AS POSSIBLE ALMOST EVERY OTHER WEEKEND THERE OVER EVERY OTHER BAR RESTAURANT AND SHOP IN THAT AREA. NEVER SEEN ANY TROUBLE WITH ANYONE IN ALL THE WEEKEND'S WE'VE SPENT OVER THERE. AND IT'S VERY KID FRIENDLY WITH THINGS FOR KIDS TO STAY OCCUPIED AND HAVING FUN. IF YOU HAVEN'T EVER BEEN HERE. YOU HAVE GOT TO TAKE A WEEKEND AND GO SEE FOR YOURSELF.
Fun day on the river. Casual atmosphere with great views. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and served with a friendly smile.
Can't say enough about this place. It was a weekend getaway for my wife and I. We decided on Grafton Illinois. First night in Grafton, we had dinner at The Loading Dock. We both had nachos and cat fish nuggets. The food was terrific and it was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks display.
You want to feel like you're at a beach bar in the Midwest? Go to the Loading Dock. They have a really relaxed vibe and the place looks great! Plus, they have the old boat house - with seasonal activities like the flea market and ice skating.
I cannot say enough good things about The Loading Dock. First off the views are incredible. The food is awesome. The service was great, especially Emily. There’s so much to do. It’s a cool place to go get some drinks and enjoy the day.
Great place to sit and look at the all the activity on the water. The drinks were great and strong, and the food was delicious. I had the Catfish nuggets and fries, with a Vodka Strawberry Lemonade.
This is my "have to go to spot " when we are in the area. The vibe is awesome, great to shoot right on the water and have a fun afternoon. I only get the nachos here, but i am sure the other food is good too.
