Transcend Golf

Very happy with the customer service. We had some minor technical difficulties, called them up and they immediately fixed the problem as well as gave us an additional half-hour for the issue. Big fan of this place.

Very clean, professionally run facility. User-friendly/easy to play. Only improvement would be to have more "high tees" from which to hit our drive shot , as we had only two in our bay and had to keep stopping to pick them up. Overall, a great experience that we will definitely do again!

I cannot think of one thing that could have improved our experience. Everything was easy and seamless to set up from entering the building to setting up the bay. The technology was unreal as was the set up of the bays. Will be back regularly.

Balls are starting to fall apart and the tees are kinda bad. Like mini shuttlecocks. The chairs are also becoming loose, basically they need to refreshen the place. Facility is really nice otherwise, big and clean rooms, plenty of seating, and lots of capacity.

Great fun. Book a simulator room and pay online for your reservation. Show up and click on the access button that was emailed to you to get inside. Once in, there are no employees so just go to your booked room and play a round of golf. Choose the type of play, the names of the players and the course location and start playing. It was my first time there so it took a while to figure out a few things but we generally had it all figured out and had a great time.

To get to 5 stars, I would recommend, 1) having some signs on how to get the software started 2) have the software send the session results (score card) to the provided email 3) have different rates for off-peak times (i.e. shift workers). It is also a new type of service for me to review so I have to check out your competition.

Transcend golf Mississauga is a greT place to go level up your golf game or to get out and have fun with friends. Competitive pricing and amazing customer service. Had some issues with some loading of simulator at none of our faults and Transcend was on top of it, dealing with the problem and making it right. Outstanding customer service and would recommend their simulators anytime. Cheers great run business!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bay 1. Place was Very clean water offered to guests.
Tafari was a great help seeing this was our first time and not our last time there. Upon his recommendation we will book Bay 4 next time for a different experience.
