When I’ve issues getting into my office either forgetting my key inside, I am able to reach the security desk for assistance and they comply right away.
A few times I was not able to get out of their parking lot as the machine was not reading my credit card, with a push of a button, security was able to remotely open the gate for me which was very much appreciated.

Place is nice & clean. Underground Parking is expensive. Green parking in front of the mall closed. Ttc accessible though.
I was on my way catching the GoBus to travel to Whitby. This is on the second floor. There are various eating stations. I have tried the food there, and all is delicious. The place is very clean and lots of room not crowded.

The place has great potential. Spacious, always plenty of room to sit and even able to carry a conversation as it is "under-attended" limited in food choices but there is a Tim Hortons to get a coffee.
Calling this a mall is a bit of a stretch, as it's more of a retail base for the offices above. However, their food court is quite complete and there's a few useful stores like Tim's and others that make this a useful pit stop, so I can't really hate it for that. Plus it's nice that it's not too busy.
