Not good, go to Panda Express instead. Worst mall Asian food I’ve had, no flavor.

I used to always come to this place when Im in STL @ The Galleria Mall. This time I vame the service was horrible & the attitude was just disrespectful 😒. Normally I spend my hard earned $$ at places I like. This time my mother met me in STL & had a bad experience. Not again. I will not be back!!!!

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Special for $7.49 on 3/13/23. I thought I was getting a freshly prepared meal Just as I ordered it
However, after eating 1/4 portion of my meal I felt uneasy immediately! I then noticed SHRIMP on my plate. I am Allergic to shell fish which caused me to have an Allergic Reaction and was carried out of the Mall food court on a ER visit. I never orderee Shrimp of any kind
Not to mention Customer Service from the two grillman who were in coming my good was Not so great. Thanks for nearly killing me

The service was fast and friendly. The food is always good. I get the chicken teriyaki with double meat and extra sauce. They also gave me chopsticks when I asked for them. The only problem I had was a couple of muscle that I couldn't bite into and had to pull out of my mouth. But over all it is a great place to eat.

I have eaten here before..and I dont know if I'm just always hungry when I go to the court that I just scarf the food down and enjoy it or what..
But my stomach is currently upset..I have gone to the restroom all night at work right now and I'm heading there after this review.
This is the first time and the last..I've already contacted the health department for st Louis county because I'm sure they served that food to others yesterday as well..if I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely the rudest customer service I've ever had. The guy taking the order made fun of me to his teammate because I couldn't understand what he was saying through his mask. After he made fun of me his teammate laughed and when I called him out for it, he played it off like he was talking about his mask. I am from out of state and never eaten at this type of place. I Don't typically eat in a food court. This place should seriously coach their staff on customer service. If I were the manager those employees would be terminated!

See photo. The chicken fried rice was very salty and the rice was a hard texture. The chicken tasted fatty. After the first bite I was disappointed I had to eat the rest. The grill was not very clean. No napkins provided and I will never order from here again due to low quality taste of food and below average cleanliness of store.
