The best experience I’ve ever had shopping for a suit. I had so much fun choosing everything, from fabrics, lining and buttons to even the stitching.

The staff were beyond professional. They had fantastic suggestions as to how things should
pair and had amazing styling advice.
Ultimately they supported all my choices and I felt like they were having just as much fun crafting the suit I’ll be married in.

I don’t wear suits on a daily basis but this experience made me want to go back to get several more.

10/10 recommend.

Want to first give a huge shout out to Ève for the amazing service she provided. So impressed by the dedication, passion, and attention to detail her and the company have to their product. Definitely going back when I have the chance!

Comfort and style is the best way to describe Suitablee. It’s a must have when you attend professional events. You attract the right people and give off a positive energy by what you are wearing. Strongly recommended if your career is taking off, it will be worth the investment.

Great costume, imperfect fitting

Benefits:
- The technology used is fun.
- High availability for scheduling appointments.
- Quick production of a 3-piece suit (approximately 6 weeks).
- A wide selection of fabrics.
- Polite customer service.
- Adjustments are made quickly (within 2 weeks).
- The possibility to order more items via the web portal while retaining our measurements.

Drawback:
- The suit arrived with an imperfect fit: the jacket was too wide at the shoulders + too long + too large, and the waistcoat was too large. I felt like a kid trying his father's suit.
I mentioned this during the in-person fitting, to which I was told that the fit was perfect and that I just "wasn't used to a custom fit by a professional service using technology." I was then advised to come back 1 month before my wedding for further adjustments if I still found it incorrect.
I ultimately returned the following week to request some adjustments. After convincing the two representatives that the fit was imperfect, they ended up by offering to make two of the four adjustments asked for: making the jacket's sleeves and the waistcoat slimmer, but not shortening the jacket's length nor the shoulders because they would need to do a new one. The adjustments were completed within 2 weeks.
In the end, the suit fit me better, but I was still disappointed regarding the shoulders not sitting well and the length going too low.
The photos attached were sent to Suitablee when making my appointment to show my concerns.

I'm note convinced if I would go back - I had better fitting costumes without using this technology, for a slightly higher price but less negotiation with the representatives.

My husband looked amazing on our wedding day! The suit was such great quality and was very comfortable through all the dancing! Worth every penny.

At first, I was drawn to them because of their advertisement on instagram that showcased beautiful suits at affordable prices (compared to other bespoke suiting companies).

Then, I saw what they advocated for and I was instantly hooked. They showed that it doesn’t matter what gender you are—a suit is a suit and it fits wonderfully as long as you get it tailored to fit your needs. That there doesn’t need to be a difference between a woman or a male tailor — a tailor is a tailor.

As a mostly masculine presenting queer woman, I was trying to find a company that could suit my needs for my wedding and I am glad I picked them. They answered every question I had, was the most professional, and prompt in every interaction.

The quality of the suit is amazing and both women and men alike were in love with my fit :) I also answered every question they had and they were able to get a suit that fit me but had enough room to be tailored down. To be fair, I did get a bigger suit size last year from someone else’s wedding, so that also helped too.

As a fair warning, you need to spend money at times to get a custom fit. I had to spend more money as a woman to get the suit more fitted to my body type. But it was worth every penny.

Thank you suitablee for making my dapper dreams come true :) saving up money again to get another one in the future.

I have bought a few suits there over the years so I like their product and those guys do a lot of things right. That said, I find that the level of service has somewhat declined over time and for that type of product you expect top level service from my perspective. I recommended the company to a colleague who I believe was happy overall with the suit that he got but his comments were aligned with this. Overall, I would still strongly recommend.
