Small, nice and really climatic place to eat. The food is really tasty and worth to try. The service could be better, only the owner is making a difference so 👍 for the guy. Ooh last thing, make a reservation because the place is really small.

I have to say this place really deserves its high ranking. Please please come and try yourself. I was blown away!!
At first, I was a bit skeptical because Hoofddorp is not very big on Asian food (not a huge Asian community here compared to Amsterdam, for instance). But seriously this restaurant exceeded my expectations in so many levels. Really worth the amount of stars they have now!!

ALL the staffs seem genuine and kind, super engaging as well! Love love the Miso Special a staff recommended as it tasted super amazing. I’m addicted now, just wanted to go back! Haha! It’s a mixture of the thick and intense taste and a bit creamy, pure as well, making it perfectly umami. As an Asian, I approved. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The meat was a bit medium (I like well-done) but overall goes well with the bowl (you can also tell them to adjust). Everything else was exceptional. I also love the selection they make with the toppings. I will DEFINITELY come back!! The Tori Paitan ramen was also amazing!!

The side dish we chose was pork marinated in soy-garlic sauce! At first, it was salty but the staff/manager managed to request an extra grill from the kitchen with a bit more honey for us, so eventually it tastes amazing as well! I love the fact that they take customers’ opinions into consideration and even made it up for us! All in all, an absolutely lovely experience!! Really the Japanese omotenashi (~hospitality) that is hard to find elsewhere. Love love!!

I’ll come to eat the Miso special next time with a matcha latte if they have oat milk or soya (I have lactose intolerance).

Overall, one of the BEST ramen restaurants on my list of must-try ramen shops now in the Netherlands!! Hope they could maintain such quality, and expand to other cities. Will definitely come back!! Thank you for the top-notch service!

Mizumi Ramen Bar offers a delightful dining experience with authentic Japanese flavors, warm hospitality, and charming décor.
The star of the show is the ramen itself, with rich flavours, perfectly cooked noodles, and delicious toppings, especially the slow-cooked marinated egg that oozes out with each bite, adding a richness and creaminess that elevates the ramen experience.

Good bowl of ramen. The charsiu was bit hard and the spring onion waa not cut thinly as the Japanwse style. Hence, the spring onion overpowered the bowl. Please take note and it's perfection. The tonkutsu broth is lovely, not too salty like other ramen shops.

I like the interior vibe. The Tolyo Mule was nice but too light of alcohol.

Nice place that gives nice vibe to Hoofddorp city. The food was good, but did not feel as authentic Ramen I bad in other places. Service a bit slow and not detail oriented. Tables were dirty and only if u were seated on table they cleaned it (that I did not like) but other than that. It was a nice experience.

I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at this authentic ramen place! The menu has a variety of ramen options and drinks. I was blown away by the richness and depth of flavors in the broth. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and provided us the overview of all options. This place is definitely recommended!
