The pizza is awesome, anytime I am in the area I make sure to get some!

I love it here!!! I went twice whilst on vacation and the pepperoni pizza was so good! I definitely recommend it.

Loved it. Great crunchy thin crust. Some interesting special flavors too. Thai chicken is excellent.

We absolutely loved House of Pizza! We tried the Lemon Pepper Chicken, and the flavors were so well balanced that every bite was amazing! The service was superb as well. I will definitely be going back!

Not the kind of person to write reviews but my oh my. I’ve had some phenomenal pizzas in my life and this has to be some of the most disappointing and garbage pizza I’ve ever had. Assuming I’m in La Jolla as a local I expect nothing but quality food and coming in here I got everything but that. The cheese is trash, the crust and sauce are horrendous. The man at the front counter doesn’t know how to interact with customers which is sad. All in all I do not recommend

10/10 would recommend to anyone. Had a trip to La Jolla Shores Beach planned and wanted to enjoy some pizza on the beach. Called 15 minutes away and they had my order ready when I arrived. Helpful staff and pizza was great.

We love House of Pizza! The pizza ingredients are fresh and good quality and the crust is delicious. The owner really knows what he’s doing and makes awesome pizza. Try the lemon pepper chicken pizza, it’s great!

Best thin pizza ever. When i first had a thin crust pepperoni pizza from here it was in 2016 when i started dating my bf. We were starving and found this place after a long kayaking day. The cheese is melted like a perfect silky layer, the pepperoni so flavorful and the homemade sauce is also amazing! Crust reminds me of Italian wood stove baked pizzas.

I never go back to a random restaurant like this but after the first time it left a desire in my heart to try it again everytime in the area. Here we are 2021 and still as delicious and my bf and i enjoy it with our daughter now !!

Also i reccomend calling ahead cus sometimes 30 min wait since the owner doesn't have much help there. Also dining on the sidewalk is good since not on a busy sidewalk and reminds me of Italy too.
