Very nice place to get makeup products.

Yesterday my umbrella was stolen in this store. I left it at the entrance - on the counter. No one warned me that the store had bags for wet umbrellas - there was no sign there. the manager was extremely impolite, I tried to attract her attention when trying to clarify information about the product - she pretended not to see. communicated arrogantly. in the end, when I realized that my umbrella had been stolen, she looked at me with disgust and said that it was completely my fault, they didn’t have cameras and there was no point in leaving the umbrella unattended (although I left it on the counter, where, in my opinion, it should be left umbrellas. The girls are polite - but the manager is not.

Stocked up on lots of goodies. Just wish you had a store on Canada

Today went to Edinburgh Store to buy mascara, and ended up with another 6 products 😂typical of me! But I was assisted by Serena and she was lovely, explaining skin type, and showing me best skin tones for my skin. Was so happy I bought all she showed me. All the staff were lovely and friendly would definatly recomend this store. Lovely to be taken care of by people with great passion in their work. See you all soon for next pamper moment. Thank you.

I received excellent customer service from a one of the girls who worked there Tess. I wasn't sure what colour of Foundation to pick for myself so I asked for her advice in choosing a colour and she was kind enough to give me an entire consultation to make sure I was choosing the right products! They have so much to chose from so I was very overwhelmed so this made my life so much easier, she helped me pick out products right for me and was very honest in her suggestions, I really felt like I was listened to and not pushed to buy things I wouldn't use! She also tought me different techniques on how best use the products so I knew what to do when I got home. I bought some presents in the sale as well, very reasonable prices after discount. I left with my makeup fully done but I still looked like myself, not overdone like has happened in some other stores!!! I'll definitely be back in there, thanks again Tess you were wonderful
