Haneda Airport Terminal 3

Not much shops and restaurants on offer once you go through customs, just vending machines snacks. The service at the Singapore Airlines check in counter has decreased dramatically and the staff seem disinterested. The only good thing about Haneda Airport and why I use it is the close proximity to central Tokyo.

One of the worst airports ever. You cannot book a shower within a decent time frame without having to wait 3+ hours. Even if you have access to a seperate lounge, they will direct you to the sky lounge with the ridiculous wait time.

There are large areas within the airport where annoucements and boarding information cannot be easily viewed. Whoever designed this is a genius /s

Expected so much more from this airport. What a disappointment! By 8:30pm most restaurants have closed & there are few food & drink options. With the amount of people coming through this airport… you guys have got it very wrong!

Arrived at 7:20 on a Tuesday night. Baggage drop and food stall "area" have a stuffy uncomfortable air temperature. Layout for the restaurant/shop area has the true Tokyo experience of being extremely difficult to navigate with intuition.
For some reason most food stalls were either shut with the lights off, or had signs on them saying closed implying they won't take anymore customers in. Others that are open are jam packed with suit cases and people spilling out into the walk ways. Not sure what the idea for this one was. But make sure to prepare for your death either by hunger, boredom, or confusion.

It is a large modern building and it always has friendly staff, however poor amount of food facilities (restaurants) and the constant 'call outs' gets frustrating 2 hours in. It's needs little improvements to become a great airport.

Bad custom security service.. got one bakayaro onna, i cannot see what’s her name, I was took wrong box and wanna put my things for security check, she rudely grab away that box, and take another box which hit my iPhone without any apologize! And then the way she took the boxes also very rude.. this ruin my mood!! First time meet this kind of rude Japanese ppl.. well done! Maybe her period coming or quarrel or break up with her husband or boyfriend or maybe she don’t have any as she’s so rude with dumb face

Not enough food options, not enough toilets, too crowded. At noon half of all restaurants menu was "Sold out" and their "All Day Dining" food court means 7am-9pm.
Much better to travel through Narita if you have that option.

Don't get here early. Airport is super efficient and pretty dull so you will get yhrough quickly and have nothing to do. We made it from the monorail, through customs and immigration, and through security in under 20 minutes (no checked bags). The area outside security looked fun, wish we had spent time there. Once inside there are some luxury shops and a bunch of greasy food. After waiting in line for 20 min and moving up maybe 3 people, we gave up on food entirely and just grabbed vending machine food. For how great the train stations are, the airport terminal is pretty bad. Bathrooms inside security are dirty.
