Highly recommend this place. What a great exchange policy, no questions asked. Extremely efficient and friendly staff and management. I don't live close to this mall, but it's an absolute pleasure shopping here.
Very clean shop with a great variety of fruits, vegetables and essentials. The staff was helpful and courteous. I will visit again.
It is my shop wherecl pick unique items from, being shopping from there since 2007, they have a discount card and at same time you accumulate points for future purchases, the management understands the power of customer service and are prepared to exceed your expectations.
There really are no good clothing stores, and stay out of Springfield on that note. They follow you around like you’re a thief and ruin the shopping experience. Second Cup and Palace Market are the saving graces.
Simply I will say Palace one of the best malls we have in Ghana
It's a beautiful mall with somany shops and restaurants. More restaurants than other shops though. Some restaurants there are open till late 12am but all other shops (wares) close 9pm. It's a nice place to visit for sightseeing and shopping. I'll definitely recommend it.
I'd gone to Palace mall to get Red Wine and and some groceries only to I receive the shocker of my life when I was told by one of the staff here was told they don't sell alcoholic wine here. I'm like for real? In a hypermarket as big as this? Well, apart from that, it is a great mall and ineas able to get every other thing. It is easily accessible and provides sufficient parking for shoppers. There are a lot of items here and they are well arranged for easy identification. You other get the chance to visit other stores located in the palms square.
