Very professional and well run Pilates studio with personalised attention in a well equipped and relaxed setting
Excellent experienced instructors. Lovely atmosphere.
Sadly, the unethical treatment towards other local businesses does not go unseen.
The instructors are excellent and facilities both superbly equipped and in good condition. Classes have plenty of variety but the evening ones can get over crowded. The Mums and Bubs workout is great fun but be aware you'll need to get bub up a flight of stairs - the whole facility is on the first floor.
