Don't waste your time if you are trying to book something from a different time zone. After booking, couple hours later, you got an email, in which they require confirmation by 10am CET (middle of the night here) and they need prompt answer in text and email. If you miss that then the reservation automatically get canceled. Don't bother to make any inquire after this since your emails just would be ignored.
Excellent service, on time, courteous and value for money. Stress free.
