Seoul Private Driver

Had 2 very contrasting experience. First driver came to the hotel early in a clean MPV. He wouldn't allow us to help him load our luggage and insisted that he was able to do it himself. He checked if the temperature was acceptable and even bought us a local snack at the rest stop. He drove safely, used an earpiece if he needed to take a call and when we reached our destination, made sure we were dropped out at the right hotel entrance as there were a few.
2nd driver was to pick take us on a tour to Alpaca World, Rail bike and Nami Island. His MPV smelled strongly of cigarettes, he drove either at high speeds of 120-130km/h or slowed to 30-40km/h when going round bends or nearing speed cameras.On what he tought were bumps, he would come to a complete stop before goinng over them. He would pick up calls without using an ear piece. And because he nearly missed a turn, he very abruptly swerved to turn off the expressway, mumbling that he has never gone to Alpaca World from that direction before so was not sure.
For our safety, we decided to give a miss for our visit to Nami Island as he not only made us car sick going really fast and then suddenly slowing so exageratingly even though we paid quite a bit for this personal tour.
When told that we wanted to go back to Seoul directly, he suddenly could drive like a normal driver without the crazy dropping of speeds.
We felt like we were being scammed. Either he drove in such a crazy manner so that we would be late returning and wanted us to pay him more or trying to get us to cancel and go back earlier.
Gave a feedback to the company but they never bothered to reply even though they were so fast to answer my queries.
Hire at your own risk!

Very disappointed in Jeju. Day started out OK with driver showing up early. But he got reluctant when I had to change the schedule a bit due to having to juggle demands of elderly parents and non-Korean speaking husband. For this price which is higher than what a jumbo cab costs, drivers should NEVER second guess their customers nor make them feel as if they’re in the wrong about having to shift course. Nowhere does this company say you have to fix your schedule beforehand - it says “TBD” in the itinerary column. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!! At least in Jeju, just hire a jumbo cab if you’re traveling in a group. Two other things: driver answered his cell with one hand while driving (unsafe and illegal) and car terribly uncomfortable with no leg room.

This is a really good and legit service provider! I booked their service trice as we were a group of 5 traveling together, for airport transfer, day trip to Seoraksan area and day trip to Nami Island area, the drivers were all very professional, punctual and helpful! Prices quoted are reasonable, no hidden extra costs! Don’t be deterred by the lack of reviews on Google :)

EXCELLENT!!!!! Driver showed up 20 minutes early. Van was exactly as I ordered. Cannot recommend enough. Actually I'll be using them all the time now, the service was genuinely great! Thanks guys! 👍

Great as it can do cash on delivery. Price is reasonable too. Response fast when I book their web. Day before I received an email on the vehicle number.

Sent a request and even after 48h we havent received any reply. Sent a second mail asking for an update but still nothing. Tried to call - you can guess - no answer. I don't understand how a company like Booking is working with someone so unreliable.
