Lotte Car Rental

Partnered with Hertz, it’s dishonest and not customer friendly. We arrived 30 minutes after the selected time on a sunday and they claimed that we were late and they gave away our chosen vehicle and we had to get a considerably more expensive option. Not cool. Avoid Lotte Rental.

Very hard to find this office. Had help from a store clerk who walked me to this office. It's up on the 2nd floor and there's no sign saying car rental or anything. The rental cars are parked underground as well. The rental agent speaks limited to no English so calling them is a problem as well. Now that I know where it is I'd rent again from them but not use Expedia to book it. They are affiliated with Hertz at least. Didnt know it would be a Lotte office.
