DJ P Cangri plays what i want to hear. Love her!! She’s the best DJ in the city period

Came from Baltimore and I was looking for a vibe. DJ P La Cangri spun the beats all night and made our entire evening super memorable!!! Definitely come check her out!.

Bar 13 has been a favorite of mines for years. I love the different rooms of music and the rooftop. ...there's even parking around the area sometimes!

Terrible DJ & false advertisement. I was here for the House music & Amapiano music… He played a few songs & the rest was latin & Hip hop! If you are going to advertise one genre of music then PLAY IT! There is a whole other section for Latin music in another section you do not have to play it here… STOP TRYING TO CAPITALIZE off of a culture of music just to get money but do not play the music…. Shameful. Another alternative would be to hire Dj’s who KNOW THE MUSIC and mix well.

It was...ok. Maybe I'm spoiled having experienced the Latin Club scene of the 90s, but I expected much, much more. The DJ and host announcer were great, but the bouncers were rude and almost looking for fights (one practically threatened me because I couldn't hear him behind me despite the loud music and the fact that well - its a freaking club), and the bar was overpriced and amature - any drink that required more than 2 ingredients (like rum + coke or gin + juice) was a disaster. The crowd - A few tourists looking for authentic "latin experience" (aka latin lovebois), but the crowd was mostly pretty chill. No salsa show offs or instagram divas etc. Overall, you can have a good time if are there to enjoy the music, and keep your expectations low.

Been to two nights out here. My issue is the top floor has a weird layout and it’s hard to dance when the dance floor is tiny and there are sections staring at you. The rooftop is nice but the heat lamps do not work.

On Sept 9 I entered bar13 at 10:58pm and was judged by the bouncers around shortly before 2am, my friends were even waiting outside at that time to come in to celebrate my Bday with me, I was told that I was complained against when I didn't interact or touch anyone, even my friends were all confused and know me never to disrespect anyone, the bouncer couldn't even tell me what the complaint was about or who complained, all I was doing was talking to my friends the whole night and dancing a bit, I guess the bouncer wanted a tip. I Totally
Feel disrespected as this has never happened to me in 40 years of lounges and clubs, all I got was compliments and love from everyone at other places . Looks like they did not like something about me. We left instantly to go to another place were we had a blast until it was closed. Too bad because I use to throw house parties in there with my dj and crew all the time back in the day and wanted to see how it was now, to further enjoy it with friends in the upcoming years, but now me and my friends will never never go back or recommend Bar 13 to anyone, because they trust my opinions.

Not a bad spot the drinks were decent and the bartenders were polite the party goers were lively and entertaining to watch everyone seem to be having a good time and all just vibing to the dj who played latin,hip hop , and old school the spot is small and gets packed pretty fast would visit again
