Lids

Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and shopping again after a horrible service while trying get a custom cap previously but the same employee working was rude, had no hospitality. Honestly this lids location horrible. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went to the “Lids” Green Acres mall location to purchase some apparel. The manager who has braids/short dredlocks with a scruffy dirty looking beard was very rude and goes by the name of Tee”. This rude individual does not belong at “Lids”. He does not know how to deal with customers. Bad attitude .This manager by the name of “Tee” or Terrance started arguing with the customer. Horrible place and customer service. Definitely needs to be reported to corporate office. Disgusting attitude. Nasty manager. Don’t shop at this location…❌GARBAGE

The salesman was great. He helped us figure out the correct hat size. I would definitely come back here for another hat.

Store opens at 11. I get here at 10:50... girl walks in at 11:01 and proceeds to tell me..she now has to go to the bank... I respond with how if you open at 11.. she responds with. I have to clock in at 11.. no consideration for OPEN HOURS!!!

The employee was very helpful but when it got crowded at lunch time, she could have used help. She was doing custom detailing and that is slightly time consuming.

Hat selection is not good. Also 95% of the hats are snap back the fitted hat selection is not only tiny but limited to baseball only. Better hat selection can be found in most sneaker stores.

Terence was the only employee in there and he was juggling through customers like nothing. Helped me with my selection while stitching another customers hat and ringing up customers simultaneously. Got the Buy 2 get 1 Free deal with him.
