The Car Port and Spa

We booked on line way back in April 2023 for 2 x stays one in October for 2 weeks & one early December for 3 weeks for our Ford Ranger undercover.

There was a small hitch on the booking when we checked in the day before we were due to leave, which is understandable because we booked so early & off 2 different email addresses Oppsy our fault all got sorted.
everything went without a hitch including the night we got back after the office closed there system works great

I tried about 4 times to book online, however every time I hit the 'Pay now' button, it redirected me back to the 1st page. I called their office, explaining what happened and asked if I could book for 12 days over the phone but instead of helping, the woman on the phone asked me a bunch of questions implying I just don't know what I am doing. She told me to try again as she received other bookings online. What customer service attendant says I will not help you, do it yourself! I am shocked. Decided to book through a different company that was a lot easier to deal with.

Quick, efficient service, staff are friendly and there within minutes to pick you up from the airport when you call, highly recommend!

Beware.... Drove into carpark stumps everywhere (no signs to warn client) have taken out plastic to bottom of car..left car for a week at the circus... go to pick car up and they report the damage underneath.( I have big drive ahead of me alone to Kalgoorlie then to Manjimup considerable time in vehicle) not a care was given..the place is filthy and stinks, never ask to use the bathroom absolutely disgusting. Then u get in the shuttle bus that has never been cleaned on the interior and also stinks...
Just disappointed that I was not informed of the issue while I was away so I could have the issue rectified.

I will never use this service again. It is not clear on the Web page however, if your flight back is after 6pm you have to get a taxi/uber to to collect your car which eliminates the financial advantage of not parking at the airport. The car used to shuttle us to the airport was filthy, stains over the seats and dog slobber over the windows. The man was incredibly rude when we asked questions on the phone and in person. I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone. Lessen learned. A big thumbs down.

Would not recommend or ever use again, poor communication about what we were supposed to do & we should have known the procedure as to calling if we were going to be late. We called the office as this was the only number available on arrival, asked to leave a message which we did, but no reply. No confirmation email was ever sent, we have used this service previously with another owner, who offered amazing service so we booked unknowingly expecting to be treated as before. 2 other customers weren’t able to collect cars according to the owner as he was cross about having to put 3 cars away, 1 of them being ours. We were left stranded at the airport, having to get a taxi home & collect today. The owner accused me of yelling at him on the phone so he hung up, on arrival to collect our car, he wanted to know why we were unhappy, I wonder how he would feel being stranded.

Yes very happy with service and communications. Vehicle was rready for pick up. Just not happy with your refund policy! We had to return over one month early from a two month trip because of my illness. I paid you for the two months in separate transactions so I am disappointed that you would not consider a refund of the second month's payment.

This a great business, such a good service, they look after your car perfectly, no little dings like you get when you leave it at the airport long term parking. And the best bit? You drop your car off, and they drop you off, straight away, to the terminal you're departing from, and when you get back, they'll pick you up straight away and they've got your car waiting for you. And the management and staff are so nice too. Highly recommend, its so much better than airport long term parking.
