I am writing a review so I won't forget in the future and visit the place again. I would visit only in desperate situations like you really need a shower. Otherwise Never again.
Very good and Nice Experience. Price was fair (40 JD) and massage and wellness circuit was good. Staff was very njce and professional. 4 stars (and not 5) as I believe that the facilities should be renovated a bit. Good Experience overall.
the worst gym/spa facilities ever experienced. the place is filthy with poor hygiene practices. the steam room and sauna do not work. please be aware that some of the Google reviews are from fake accounts because they do not match reality.
Wir waren zu zweit das erste Mal in einem Hammam. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und geduldig durchgeführt. Wir hatten das marokkanische Paket für 30JD pro Person. Das beinhaltete Whirlpool (sehr warm), einreiben mit Öl, Dampfbad mit kaltem Getränk, Peeling durch Abschrubben mit einem Lappen, Ölmassage (sehr ruhig und angenehm), einreiben mit Peeling und Pflegecreme im Gesicht, Sauna und abduschen. Gerade die Massage wurde sehr in Ruhe gemacht und war wunderbar. Es war angenehm sauber, auch wenn es nicht sehr neu und frisch ist von der Einrichtung her. Wir hätten uns noch einen ruhigen Ort zum einfach da sein und entspannen gewünscht. Riesen Dank!
Very bad experience. Disgusting is the right word to discribe my experiencethere. Very low hygiene, very very smelly and unprofessional. Would never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. I do not feel cleaner, pampered or fresh, I feel like I need a shower and to use disinfectants after this.
No one opened the door for us there, had to wait by the door and check from the windows if the place was open, then someone came from the window and yelled at them to open the door for us, we went to the waiting area, very smelly dark and unclean, the hammam area was even worse. The deeper you go the worse it gets, couldn't wait to get out of there.
The jacuzzi water was so dark and disgusting, probably doesn't get changed as often as it should.

Very exploitative and very bad massage, and the jacuzzi water I think changes every year once, they should take care of the cleanliness of the place, the steam does not work properly. Marrakesh was much better. I don't recommend it now
The staff were good but I didn't like the massage and there's no parking
Basic service that hurts more than relaxes. Masseur was an amateur and gave me half the time I booked for. Scrubbing was rushed too. Staff annoyingly asked for tips. The place is not well maintained. Doesn't worth the money I paid.
