I don’t live in those apartments but I heard they are pretty well organized
Do not move here. The management company is a slum lord. In the winter there’s no heat and if you complain you’ll be retaliated against. In the summer if your air conditioning unit stops working you’ll be forced to wait months to get it repaired. Management is unprofessional. What seemed like a good deal has turned into a nightmare.
Great management company. Justina that handles the maintenance requests is literally the best. Super responsive with emails and follows through with every request. The doorman in my building are friendly and charismatic. The convenience of having a parking space too is a huge plus to renting here.

Nice apartment complex. Love the doorman. The apartment are a great size and the community is lovely.
EDIT 8/22:
Sine the pandemic, response on repairs have gone down the drain. Currently been waiting for two months now for air conditioners, the property manager keeps giving excuse after excuse. Lies about work being done, so always email work requests to have proof of what was promised & not repaired.
Lived here for a year now, & plan on staying for a bit. My building is well maintained, laundry room always clean, attentive doormen, polite maintenance crew and tenants. Nice sized apartment, terrace and great view. I get good natural light all day in the summer. I've never had any issues when dealing with management, even when having to get paperwork for furniture deliveries numerous times. I have no rodent issues and do not hear my neighbors complaining of such. There is an exterminator monthly though. I deduct one star because it can be difficult to get maintenance requests done on time/at all. There was an online service where maintenance requests went to die. If you're good friends with maintenance crew you may get small requests done quickly. 5th avenue side is more quiet than Lenox Ave side.
