Go there if you know and like Cuevas.
In sum its rather small.
Okay, if you are in the surrounding & have to wait.

Quiet museum among the local Mexican shops it's a good tribute to the author..

Beautiful building and some very interesting art from one of Mexico's lesser known artists, to foreigners at least. It's a shame that there is so little information allowing to put the artist's work in context.

A gem of a museum. Magnificent exhibits. Musical, theater and dance performances are superb.

This is a nice simple museum with El Gigante as the centerpiece. The layout is simple, in a square shape, with small rooms displaying different art pieces and some history. This museum is small insides and won't take all day to go there. I believe it was $10 pesos to enter.

I call this museum an homage to narcissism because it's a museum all about Jose Luis Cuevas -- founded by Jose Luis Cuevas. It's good, then, if you like his work. I think the giant sculpture, "La Giganta," makes it worth a visit.
