Venice Rainbow Apartment Rialto

What a very rude receptionist, being at the center tourist attraction in Italy, you will be accepting a very rude Indian receptionist? Probably the worst receptionist I have ever encountered!

No A/C and lots of mosquitos. Great location but you can get lost easy, Ros outdated, please bathroom shared. Not recommended.

Quite disappointed. Was expecting more. By arrival hadd to pay 10euro extra for towels and loans. No cards accepted (hello its me the 21th century). The apartment was very cold, the whole night was waking up because of the cold. The room is big but interior mor looks like cheap Turkish hotel. Shared bathroom had no shower holder, the door to bathroom could never open enough. The keys are too large to care with. 1 star goes to the host, who was a kinda nice, and 1 star goes to its location. Not perfect but good enough. Would not come there back.the bed is more then uncomfortable. Pillows seems to be the cheapest. One night exp. Is enough for me.

Room was very nicely decorated! And the staff is very nice and polite. The location is close to a lot of sightseeing spots but still not to busy. Would definitly recommend!!

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Nice cool rooms(2 fans), shower, bathroom, towels included. The price is super fair too! I appreciate that the host Rupu took his time to show us around: how the keys work, all our questions and he even gave us a Venise map with his best spots.

P.s. Rupu saved us. We had our Airbnb host who canceled when we were on his porch and we had no where to go and then we found Rainbow Appartment. What a luck!

This is a great apartment to stay. The staff is very nice. The room is clear, big and comfortable. 3 mins walk to the center and 3 mins walk to the supermarket called "Coop". There are many restaurants nearby. very safe to live. Not only good for couples to live but also good for two female friends to live. Strongly recommend girls to stay here~
