Do not expect to spend much time at Bechtler. My wife and I love going to museums and art galleries and we were excited to see what Bechtler had to offer. I don't think I've ever given a museum/art gallery a bad review but we were so disappointed by this place.
We (thankfully) went while there was free admission. My wife and I spent a total of 20 minutes here. We saw both (yes, only 2 rooms) galleries and the lobby. We kept looking for additional rooms, because we couldn't believe we had seen the entire museum.
I know the 4th floor often has special exhibits and maybe worth a visit if you're interested in a specific artist.
We had set aside 2 hours for this museum and it took 20 minutes to see everything.

The staff was friendly. We went on a Saturday and it was not at all crowded. We were able to fully enjoy each exhibit. It was perfect museum trip. Our favorite was the exhibit on Flora Mayo.
Visited with our granddaughter. Some Picasso artwork is displayed. Three floors of artwork and a small gift store. Restrooms are on the first floor only. Parking garages in area as well other museums and places to eat. This particular day it was open free to the public.
