I went there in search of Chipotle which surprisingly are few and far far in San Francisco.. kinda strange ..
I was pleasantly surprised at the number of food choices the mall had ..and also the AMC IMax .. that makes it a must go place in SF particularly if you are visiting Union Square area .. 20 minutes walk from Civic Center ain't bad either to get to the grub you crave ..

In the beginning Sony Metreon was a state of the art, destination entertainment complex. In was opened by Michael Jackson himself but in 20+ years it has become less relevant and truly needs a reinvention. It currently is just a Target and a movie theater.
The Dolby theater is just great. Friendly staff and amazing desert popcorn make it the goto for an amazing movie experience.
2nd time I visited this place. This time to watch movie. Love the movie theatre. When we were here not many food stall are opened. We ended up getting chicken from bonchon.
It's a nice shopping center complete with food establishment and drinks can be found plus the park and easy access to the playground and merry go round lotts to do and many different things to do
It's a movie theater....I mean what can anyone say about a theater that hasn't been said. Over priced amazing great buttery popcorn with stale candy washed down with the 2 gallon $30 diabetic special soft drink. Roll all that up at about $60 per person to even go to the theater these days and if you don't go into diabetic shock and your body is cranking out the insulin in massive doses at record speed then you will have a great time!! The recliner style auto red leather seating is pretty amazing here along with oversized arm rests so you aren't playing elbow hockey with some stranger and acting as if your and aren't. This is a great place to go solo, with a friend and a great place to text the family!!

Just a tad bit expensive imo. I wish it'd be more like the old days, when you can buy a movie ticket for $6.50 and your all set.
