I stayed there last March for just one night and I was a little scared because some guests looks intimidating but I didn't had any inconvenience, the person on the front desk told me to park on the front of the office as I was traveling by myself, I felt that they care about the guests and of course the area is not really safe so they was trying to make me feel safe and that helps a lot, the rooms are not updated but we know is an old place, I cannot expect a 5 stars room but I'm returning to this exact place because was the only one that had no traffic by the hallways like all the other 5 stars hotels that has people shutting doors every 5 min, I care about the silence, clean mattress and sheets and a/c and water working, I don't care a lot about the carpet I just use sandals and is not a big deal...oh and they give me a late check out...what else I can ask for??? I'm happy with this hotel and that's why I'm returning

Booking went great, I paid online that way there was a quick and easy check in. However when I arrived at the hotel I was told there was going to be a $100 deposit. I was not a happy camper due to the fact that NO WHERE on multiple sites that had a listing for IBAN, mentioned anything about a deposit. Needless to say they charged me for the room even though I did not stay there. And won't return the money

All the front desk clerks were very kind & helpful. Excellent location & price. Carpet in room had some gross mush of sorts. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was somewhat minimal- no waffles- but very very tasty!!!! Decor is very pleasing as well! Visiting from Memphis, will return!!!

I was not a happy camper due to the fact that NO WHERE on multiple sites that had a listing for IBAN, mentioned anything about a deposit. We came from Louisiana but think about someone who comes from further with only the amount of the room and can't pay for the deposit. They allow you can cancel but they take more than half of the money that was used for booking. Lose lose for some but I paid the deposit and went on about my day! Outside of that, the breakfast was great. Buffet style and they stayed open until 10am. They also had a bar and resturant. Rooms were small but clean. Overall I'd book again.

Distressing and Dangerous: A Warning to Families Considering IBAN Dallas Park Central Hotel

Our recent stay at IBAN Dallas Park Central Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, and we feel compelled to share our harrowing experience to caution other families. The safety and well-being of our loved ones were compromised, and the response from the hotel's staff compounded our distress.

Upon settling into our room, we were horrified to discover that the bed frame was constructed of sharp metal edges, a hazard that was not immediately apparent as it was covered by a bed sheet. Tragically, it was only after our one-year-old child fell and hit her head on the frame that we noticed the dangerous condition. The result was a distressing cut to her forehead and profuse bleeding, a sight that no parent should ever have to witness. This shocking turn of events left us shaken and deeply concerned, especially considering that the hazard was not readily visible and posed an unforeseen danger to our family.

Adding to our anguish was the complete absence of assistance from the hotel. Despite the severity of our child's injury, the staff failed to provide even basic medical supplies. No bandages or ice packs were offered, and when I requested an ice pack, I was handed a mere plastic bag and instructed to fetch the ice myself. The callousness and lack of empathy displayed by the staff in the face of our family's distress were deeply disheartening.

Following the incident, we were hastily moved to another room, but the assurances made by the staff regarding a refund and follow-up were hollow. Throughout the night, our one-year-old, understandably traumatized by the earlier events, was unable to settle and kept crying. The emotional toll on our family was immense, and the lingering distress overshadowed any hope of a peaceful night's rest.

Despite the assurances we received, the promised refund never materialized. Moreover, the staff's commitment to contacting their upper management to address the situation and keep us informed was blatantly disregarded. The lack of accountability and genuine concern for our family's well-being was deeply disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.

Regrettably, the physical impact of the incident is still evident, as our one-year-old continues to bear a persistent bruise, a distressing reminder of the hotel's negligence. The emotional toll on our family has been significant, and the memories of that fateful night continue to haunt us.

In conclusion, our experience at IBAN Dallas Park Central Hotel was not only distressing but also unacceptable. We implore other families to exercise caution and reconsider staying at this establishment. Our hope is that by sharing our ordeal, we can prevent others from enduring similar distress and ensure that the hotel takes meaningful steps to prioritize the safety and well-being of its guests.

1. Housekeeping was on point. 10/10
2. Customer Service was excellent.
3.Location is nice there are quite a few basic amenities nearby like bank, fast food outlets and convenience stores.
4. We were there for almost a week and kudos to all the Front Desk Representatives who helped us with our custom requests.
5. Late check-out was a plus point as being a platinum member.
