Going here was definitely an EXPERIENCE. My friends and I thought it would be fun to go to Launch for our friends 25th birthday (yes, adults like to have fun to). We bought our tickets ahead of time and went to Launch on a Saturday.

When we walked in, there was a lot going on, but it was easy to figure out where to go to check in. The individual that helped us at the counter was not the fastest or most helpful individual, but we were in no rush and she was kind. Signing the waiver took a decent amount of time, so if you can do it ahead of time, please do so.

We had a fun time jumping around and seeing the various activities. The bathrooms I would avoid at ALL COSTS. They were not clean, and honestly for a facility of this size should be bigger. The construction of the place also looked rushed and lacked detailed (every door having a different handle, that was weird). Although the overall construction looked poor and the branding is 🤢🤢🤢 we did feel safe throughout the activities and jumping.

If you have kids ABSOLUTELY bring them here. If you’re an adult, feel free to go, but we definitely would’ve wished there was an adults only time slot or night.

I went here at least three times in this past two months to celebrate multiple birthdays. Apparently the neighborhood is short of indoor places and this is everyone's Togo place for birthday parties and outings. Temperature sometimes goes out of control and feels suffocated for those waiting. Definitely not for kids since they have a gala time no matter if you go there everyday. Service is great with arrangements and food. The arcade is also well maintained. The newly added attraction is also widely accepted by kids of all age ranges.

Wonderful experience. We celebrated my son's birthday here this week. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The little kids in our group loved the play structure and even the teenagers all had a blast. Not all of the attractions were open when we went, and the Westborough branch itself is rather hard to get in touch with, but the positive and generous attitude of every worker I came into contact with more than made up for any imperfections. Would absolutely go again.

My friend’s son recently had his party here and it definitely was a good time had by all! Best of all, there’s something for everyone. Gone are the days of just sitting and watching the kids play. It was interactive for all ages. Well worth the money and smiles on everyone’s faces! Would definitely recommend for a fun afternoon, evening or your next party!

We recently hosted a birthday party here. The kids had a blast with so many play options. But I found it to be stressful for the host/parent. Host a birthday party here only if you are able to take care of everything except party room set up and serving. The party coordinator doesn't help with anything other than setting up the party room and cleaning up later.

Check-in: No one is going to help your party group with the check-in. In our case, my husband and I were standing near the check in counter and guided the parents in our party group to scan the qr code, fill in the waiver and get the tag for their child to enter the trampoline area.

Trampoline area: You are responsible for keeping an eye on the kids and their safety. Remember that your birthday party is not a private event like in jump nation. There will be other jumpers too. And since our party was on a weekend, the entire place was super crowded, and I had a hard time keeping track of around 20 kids who came to our party. Because there are so many areas where they can go and play. There was no staff from the launch seen in the play areas to ensure the kids were playing safe.

Party room and food: You are responsible for keeping track of the one hour jump time and then bringing the group to the party room. The only good thing was that our party coordinator had set up the party room for us and took care of serving and cleaning up. They had also put up the party banner that we brought and arranged the goodie bags. The pizza served there was below average, but the kids didn't seem to mind as they were rushing to go to the arcade and play after the party.

My toddler was almost severely injured because of loose padding & broken springs on one of the trampolines and fell to the concrete floor.

We were at Launch Westborough this past Sunday for toddler time when this happened. We had already been at the park for at least an hour and having a great time when unexpectedly my son fell through the corner of the dodgeball trampolines where there was supposed to be padding. Luckily, my son landed on some loose padding that seemed to be strategically placed on the floor and fortunately missed the concrete floor and the bolts sticking up.

We advised the crew & a manager came by immediately and then closed off that section of the park.

For this to happen was absurd. There’s no way you can have a hole in your trampoline at a trampoline park without warning signs or at the very least rope closing it off. My son could have cracked his head open on the concrete floor or even worse could have been impaled by one of the many bolts sticking up from the floor!

There should be daily even hourly checks going on throughout the park to ensure no child falls through.
