Dundrum Cosmetic Clinic

I had a consultation with a female doctor in the Stillorgan branch and she recommended CO2 fractional laser for my three minor facial acne scars. On the day of my treatment, she asked me what areas I wanted lasered. You'd expect for the high prices for her to know those areas especially as she took pictures in the consultation. Not only that, I could hear the receptionists talking about patients out loud whilst I was waiting for the doctor to start the treatment which was so unprofessional and uncomfortable for me. The female doctor preceded to do only two of the three areas as I checked in the mirror when I was at home so I was deeply unsatisfied with this as I had paid in full for the three areas. When I went to pay for my treatment I mentioned that I was told on the phone by one of the receptionists that the €50 I paid for the initial consultation was to be taken away from the treatment price but this was questioned by a blonde-haired woman who said that they don't do that anymore as she was liaising with the other receptionists. Again, this added to my sense of unease and I had the impression that this clinic is neither professional nor sensitive to its patients. In terms of results, I have seen little to no changes in the two areas with continuous PIH. I have also noticed pigmentation marks near those areas that were not there prior to the treatment. All in all, a very poor experience with poor results and I would avoid this clinic if you are serious about your skincare

I went there a few times for Hydrafacial and Vicky did an amazing job everytime. So everytime I book an appointment I start with specifically asking for her, I was told I’m booked in with her and I also asked for eye boosters as one needs to tell them in advance for them to be able to order it beforehand. I live very far from Dundrum and had my entire day planned around this only to be told after reaching there that I’ve been booked in with someone else as they didn’t know I specifically asked for Vicky (after informing me that I’m booked in with her) and they didn’t even have the boosters I asked for. They simply asked if I’d be happy to get an express mini facial instead.

Very poor and unprofessional service. Left waiting a long time in reception and appeared to be forgotten about. I had to ask what was happening with my appointment, then told the person I was booked in with would not be in for 2 hrs. Staff were rude when discussing the situation and made me feel very uncomfortable. I requested my deposit back due to my appointment not going ahead and the poor service, unfortunately this was ignored by the management. Really disappointing.

I went today for my first tattoo removal and I was talked through everything and given plenty of time, I felt very at ease, treatment was done very quickly and not at all painful, the hole time, Vicky was so lovely and friendly also Carolin was my first point of contact and was very helpful and also very friendly, over all I would highly recommend this clinic.

Had a tattoo removal consultation today with Matt and he was incredible at explaining the whole process and he made me feel very comfortable.

The reception staff were also excellent at answering all questions I had prior to my consultation! 😊

Had my 1st Laser Tattoo removal treatment at the clinic on Saturday. Very accommodating when I got a little lost finding them and was a little late for my treatment. Brian was brilliant at explaining the treatment to me, how it would feel, how long it would last and how it works, he also gave me realistic expectations on treatment going forward...very happy with everything...not delighted at the thought of having to have more laser treatments on my tattoo 😂 but very happy to be having it done at such an excellent clinic with understanding, professional staff and clinicians.
