Best Western Huntsville

I have stayed at this location several times when in the area for work. Scott at the front desk is a gem! Scott is always consistent with his service & hospitality. The rooms are a bit small but always clean & comfortable. The air purifiers are a definite plus! Breakfast is good the only thing I’d change is to serve real eggs & add a 2nd waffle iron, there's a lot of construction or road crew workers that stay at this location & the waffles seem to be a favorite as there’s always a wait for it. Thanks for a stress free stay with every visit!

The rooms even when they say non smoking sometimes have a strong smell to smoke or kind of cigarette. There were a lot of air purifiers in the rooms lobby and other places that makes me thinks something was going on there. Some of them having the option of formaldehyde purifying option turned on and reading a high value. Lobby smelled kind of a pit-arm unknown if it was due to guest or people working there.

Breakfast was good and cleanliness of rooms was 3.5 out of 5.

Not a pleasant stay. I’m back in town and stayed in different place this time.

I won’t come back.

This hotel is proud of their rates. The sheets were cheap, and the rooms had humidifiers in them & the sink in our room did not drain properly. The hallways smell musty. The elevator was sketchy. Their were homeless were squatting out by the pool. The hotel front desk person was not very welcoming at first but finally came around. Probably having a bad day. I did like that it had a laundry facility. I did not like the creepy nin English speaking men trying to ask if that was my laundry. Why did it matter? The units were in use. Creeps.

My Husband stayed for a work trip everything was good until he left the room to work and came back to his bags moved, no biggie. Let it go then the next day items where stolen out of his bag and the front desk can't even tell him who cleaned his room. I don't know what kind of service they are shooting for but male sure you lock up your bags or take them with you. It's not safe.
