Such a beautiful nature space with great seating and picnic areas to walk and catchup over a snack or hot chocolate with friends.

We went for the hiking trail with beautiful views of the city at the top. The actual nature center is great for kids. Ask for a backpack.

My daughter and I were in town from Pennsylvania and went for a hike and happened upon the Stoneview Nature Center. What a lovely surprise. The people working there were very friendly and the place was clean and informative. Really appreciated Eleanor's Bird List . Keep up the good work and be happy.

It's my favorite peaceful place. Usually peaceful, unless people let their kids go crazy. As long as they are respectful to nature.. there are a couple of picnic tables and it's just lovely.

We discovered the center while treking the walking trails. We really enjoyed walking through the curated gardens and appreciated the plant ID information that was provided. It appears to provide child friendly nature programs scheduled, and the center is ultra clean, to boot!

Omg I took the kids I babysit (ages 8 and 5) here and they LOVED it. Growing up in urban LA, they were amazed by the trees and waterfall and forests. We actually came back a second time after they begged me and we explored for 4 more hours. Just cross the bridge to the other side and see the views of the city - breathtaking. Highly recommend taking city kids here and letting them explore nature for hours on end. It feels HUGE to them but it’s actually contained and there are trails from scary to easy. Best part is it’s free!!!

This is one of the natural wonders of Los Angeles. A park located a top of Baldwin Hills with great hiking trails. I went today for the first time with my fellow church members. I was captivated by its beauty. All of which made the steep elevated hillsides worth the sweat and tears. If you are looking for a place with great scenery to exercise ….. this is it! It is connected to many parks with benches and rest stations. This is another great healthy date option.
