Very friendly group who have helped me grow in confidence as a diver. Great trips and so well organised for a voluntary organisation.

My Fiancee and I came to the first part of the Open water training here before going to Borneo to complete our qualification on our honeymoon.

The whole experience was fantastic. Louise pretty much dragged me along to the course, as I had been sceptical of the benefits of diving after a bad experience with an introductory dive in Egypt.
Harvard and his team (Bella, Gareth, Tom and Adrian) were friendly and welcoming from the start and had a great way of making us all enjoy the experience whilst learning in a safe and controlled way.

We are both now MASSIVELY excited about diving in Borneo and will be sure to sign up to the Club when we return..! Thanks guys, it was awesome!

P.s. Go Dream team!! :-P
DBS rule :-) These guys taught me how to dive safely and in 18 months since starting I have clocked up 57 dives. Awesome people, amazing experiences, best thing I have done in years!

Wonderful team of multi-talented volunteers, dedicated to training and guiding divers. Admittedly, as one of the Instructors myself, I am in a biased position but also means I see the effort our staff put into running the centre. Diving with a team of volunteers means (1) course fee goes entirely to the costs of running the centre (kit, van etc) (2) your email may not be responded to immediately as the person doing the admin will have a day job, but we will be there at the dive site/pool (3) when you train with us, you know that your instructor is there because they want to be.

Started diving with Deep Blue Scuba two years ago and completed all my courses up to Rescue Diver with them.
Excellent instructors and Divemasters, all of them extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also great fun, they even manage to get you to enjoy diving in freezing Scotland during the winter!
Can't recommend them enough 🙂

Over the last 18 years I've worked all over the world in diving - Deep Blue Scuba is one of my favourite clubs to date. So much genuine passion for teaching, safety and giving people the best time possible from experienced and hardworking staff willing not only to volunteer, but invest their own time, money and resources in making this the best experience possible! Some of my favourite diving days have been with Deep Blue - I can't recommend them enough!

Together with my son, we have followed some courses with Deep Blue Scuba (Dry Suit, Boat and OW). The instructors at DBS are professional, helpful and friendly. They not only train you and let you go through the books, they make sure that after a course you are confident in the skills you were trained for. They provide a lot of support to become a competent diver by training, coaching and guiding you. It's not just card collecting at DBS, they ensure you have all the required skills and offer patience, real live handy hints, tips and pertinent advice. Besides the formal training, they offer a club membership. This membership gives you even more opportunities to train through lectures and club evenings! I can recommend Deep Blue Scuba to anyone of every diving level. Whether you are new to Scuba diving or a seasoned diver.
