Bad experience with exchange/ refund policy and to wait in the queue for 30mins just to get a uniform is ridiculous. Better to get it from warehouse for the same price and save time. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!
A lot of items out of stock. Staff were very helpful and attentive despite the long queues of impatient customers coming in for uniform on the first week back to school.
No refund policy is no good. The quality and color of the uniform is faded compared to the one from Warehouse.

I just had a terrible experience with the customer service. Very pathetic refund policy. Never recommend this shop for peaceful shopping.

Great customer service, the workers were very helpful in gathering correct uniform sizes. They were kind and prompt in their service, I was able to leave knowing that I had correct sizes and all items I needed for my children. Definitely will be a regular customer especially since this is our main store for uniforms lol
