Never fails to impress! I have been going to this salon for 2 years now, and every time the service was impeccable. The gentleman has been very accommodating each time. A very busy salon, booking is recommended. However, most of the time I have called to book on the same day, I have never been refused. The team has always been kind and friendly. I was recommended by a friend but unfortunately my experience hasn’t been good. The first time I went to do manicure and my nails was hurt and this the second time I went back to give it a benefit of a doubt and my toes was also hurt in the process of the pedicure. Not only the work was uneven, it has also caused injury when doing the bluffing of nails, and I was not being apologize to. The middle age lady with glasses think I would not feel a thing and just put some oil on it to stop the bleeding, worst, not even apologizing to me. Brushing it under the rug for sure and now I ended up with some toe infection on both my toes. I will not recommend this place as both my experience is bad and ended up with injury instead of a relaxing day doing nails.

Been coming here for 3 years now with a friend of mine, have a standing appointment every 3 weeks. My hands go through the ringer at work and my nails always stand the test of time. The staff are so lovely and accommodating when I sometimes get difficult designs on my shorter nails (kept shorter for work). Today I got these amazing nails done as I have time off work, so could go a little more boujee than normal. Thanks again to the amazing staff for always delivering amazing work.

Uneven shape and thickness and so messy underneath, a huge chunk of glue left under pinky nail?
$100 for this, with no proper manicure included.
Rip off and no care taken

I definitely do not recommend this place.
I usually get my nails done in Subiaco but thought I’d try here.

I paid over $150 for a manicure and pedicure and it was one of the worst ever! No care or time taken, hardly any nail work, the toenail shape was terrible, uneven and like a wave. It also had a chip on it. I had to request correction- the girl was then going to leave it as roughly filed - as attached photo (this photo was their corrected version!) , stating it was fine and that is how they usually do it and don’t “usually put paint on the edges”.

I’ve never had this in Subiaco / or someone tell me a nail looking undone is acceptable.
The lady doing my hands also just painted over paint/ marks on tip of nails so you can see this through the colour.

Please avoid if looking for quality.

Oh also, a lady beside me was in a lot of pain from being cut by her technician.

I also note from other poor reviews this salon does not take any responsibility for shoddy work.

Susan was extremely kind and helpful when choosing and making my girlfriends nails. Her work is always great when she comes here and I would recommend her to do your nails when coming. She's fast, intricate and hardworking. Thank you susan.
