MOS Burger

I requested for extra sauce on the spicy chili dog.. And not like this is my first time requesting for extra sauce.. And there she goes (MOS staff) YES! this is already with extra sauce
(only this ION staff seems to treat the sauce like gold)

Unfortunately I got the wrong staff.. (Indian female)

I don't care if you are not friendly or you unhappy, as long as you behind the counter.. You deal with it!

The space untidy and filled with crumbs.. I have to clean my own seat to brush away the crumbs

MOS folks you need to be more proactive.. Being grumpy in the kitchen isn't going to clean the space

Very bright clean space, nice decorations too. Matcha latte is good. Affordable burgers for less than 5 bucks

Mos Burger at Ion Orchard is located at Basement 4 of Ion Orchard. It is convenient to reach by MRT train, car or bus. This branch is of a regular size and various seating plans (tables and bench). There are two self-service kiosk towards the exit/entrance of the place. It took about 15 to 20min for the food to be collected. The tea maintained its consistency and quality throughout different branches.

Ordered a Double mushroom wagyu burger and received a pinch of mushroom in my burger. Proceeded to ask the counter staff if the tiny amount is acceptable. Received the reply "This is mushroom lor". The staff may be retirees, but please educate them better. Just a few pieces of mushroom qualifies for a double mushroom burger? It's a scam. Absolute rubbish product and response from staff and some PRC manager who can only communicate in mandarin.

Having our MOS burger is the best.
Yakiniku and okonomiyaki cooked to best taste.
Rice burger is served hot, soft rice and chewy texture.
Many seating place and clean.
We did not managed to drink clam chowder, sold out.
Easy to order from machine and make payment. Short waiting time to receive your food.

Must say that if you like Mos Burger like I do, you will love this outlet with its Japanese inspired bamboo decoration. You will feel like u have been transported to Japan and dining in a quaint little bamboo garden. How very cool is that! Really take hats off to Mosburger. Wonderful dining experience. Lovin it. :)

Yakiniku Rice Burger @ Mos Burger

🍜 Food wise: Nice hot rice buns with sweet, savoury and chewy beef slices!

✨ Ambience wise: Not so much of the food here but a real good look and feel in the Mos Burger outlet @ion_orchard. Gives off the feeling that one is having a picnic, eating Mos Burger, under the cherry blossoms. 🌸🌸🌸

Mos Burger outlet tucked in Ion Orchard B4. Located diagonally opposite PHO Street and Tempura Tendon Tenya. Food standard was consistent with other Mos Burger outlets in Singapore.

The main difference with other outlets was the design of the shop. The outlet had a forest theme vibe to it with trees decor within the outlet, along with minimalist design. The outlet had also white walls and floors with was different to the other outlets which had wooden natural colors. Seats can be limited during peak hours so take note.

Overall it was refreshing to see a different looking mos burger outlet which made the experience of eating here a better one.
