Consistency! This chain is very consistent in product regardless of the location which is a great thing. Moist and never dry. There was a variety of flavors for the mini bunt cakes at the party.

I love ordering bundt cakes from here whenever I have a special occassion. They are INCREDIBLY delicious!!!! Lemon is my favorite though they are all amazing. The staff at this location are always super nice, helpful, and friendly. Always a pleasure buying cakes from here.

This was my first time. I went in and advised this was my first time ordering and did not order ahead. I don’t recall the young lady name but she was extremely helpful and extremely courteous. I told her I was looking for a cake to celebrate my kids birthday for a birthday dinner. She asked the right questions so I could determine the size I needed. She went over all the flavor options and birthday decor options. I ended ordering a 8in strawberries and cream Bundt cake. The packaging was also beautiful. This was the best cake ever…no exaggeration. It was moist and flavorful and the icing was perfect and not too sweet. I am truly amazed at the customer service and the quality of the product.

It can get busy but they are pretty quick.

Excellent service! The cake was beautiful, delicious and moist (the only appropriate time to use that word, by the way.) Easy to order online and communication was simple when I needed to make a change over the phone.

I have really enjoyed coming go this place. I am a fan and the cakes are great. The experience I had today made me love this place even more. I called to order a dozen bundtinis, worried it wouldn't happen since I needed them today....they were ready when I walked in...I was offered a sample of red velvet which is my favorite...paid for my order and got ready to walk out when the person helping me offered to help me to the car. I had my 3 month old niece with me in an infant carrier and also a shoulder in a lot of pain....good customer service keeps people coming back and sends new people in...I was having a rough day and this experience brightened my day. Keep up the good work.
