sales girls need to be trained how to receive the customer....they are simply standing & ignoring....i was shopping for first time for my husband so confusion will be there & the sales girls were not even helping me in choosing...so I took time to select in the mean time sales girls were laughing and making fun of me....I felt very bad...sales girls must be behaved properly with customers.

I always say these people are in the market for earning not for servicing the public, I found nothing great here, including staff, worse service and materials. Still I have visited to see any new developments. Nothing improved. Worse products and worse customer care. There is no proper assistance from management and employees also. Please don't come here. Worst show room and worst service. Very few routine collections with high prices. They don't respect customers, They have lots of rules for exchange or return. All rules as per their convenience . Even they charge for paper bags. Better to go to traditional show rooms than this type of so-called corporate show rooms.
Fine dress collection for kids available. Doesn't have good collection of kid's slippers.
very poor experience today there was a 70%off offer and we selected items from that section but when we were at billing they said that one of the item was not in that offer and they gave the bill at full mrp and they didn't even tell it and moreover they kept 70% offer board near a track pant section so i selected 4 pants but during billing they said they removed the offer for that section very bad staff service i asked for explanation for the offers and coupons but the staff have no idea about them but the 70% offer was good instead i recommend the pantaloons beside it it had very wide option and reasonable prices
The clothes were average, I’ve seen better. There were only two trial rooms in the entire store and the employees expected us to wait in the line that felt like a century. The quality of the carry bag was so poor that it simply tore to prices and if it wasn’t for our good luck, all of our clothes would have been ruined. The billing counters were so unfair, it took an hour for each person to pay their bill. Frankly, they ruined our experience and made a very bad impression.
