The number listed is not in service,I called several times,I called the other number. It is not in service as well, Which I find odd. I will change my rating when I am able to get a hold of someone. If any one has a working number please give it to me. Thank you for your time.

i was told they dont do the pantry no more .is this true?

Very pleasant place. I stoped by a few times and saw nothing but smiles on the seniors faces. They all seemed very happy to have this place to be with eachother and interact. Thank god for the Bay Ridge Senior Center

There is a west Indian lady who answers the phone I called them to inquire about services for the grandmother and they had an option for "meals on wheels", sounds pretty cool so I dialed the extension for it and someone answered I asked "What is meals on wheels?" the person said "Oh meals on wheels hold on" and they transferred m to some lady with a west indian accent "I said hello? what is meals on wheels?" she immediately gets stupid "what is meals on wheels? are you getting meals on wheels? what do you mean?" so i repeated the same question because i assume she speaks english "I was calling and I wanted to know what it is about?" she goes "What is it about? what do you mean? are you receiving meals on wheels? what do you mean? what?" SO UNPROFESSIONAL and STUPID how do you repeat my question and how could i be receiving something i called to inquire about? I was calling for my grandmother and I don't know why she is judging but she was definitely not listening and in the midst of it all I said "I don't know what it is" and she continues to say STUPID things implying that she doesn't understand the question because she does not want to answer then eventually says "its a service for elderly people, are you receiving meals on wheels? what are you asking?" She thinks I shouldnt be on the phone. I said "listen i do not want to argue with you i asked a simple question i have not said ANYTHING ELSE can I speak to someone else?" She STAYED ON THE PHONE talking over me THE WHOLE TIME about GOD Knows what... I didn't say ANYTHING DIFFERENT and ended up getting yelled at... for asking "What is meals on wheels?" I am SO ANGRY and DISTURBED by this anonymous woman. I didn't know ANYONE could be SO STUPID. I called back and she answered... SO what happened to the person who transferred me? If she is the Pastor I feel sorry for the members of this organization.
