I needed rental assistance I was not aware what I needed to get this process going I went into the office and Miss Judy Miss Dorothy and all the ladies in the office were very nice and polite they got everything together for me. I filled out the forms and within 24 hours I had my rent paid for a whole month. God bless them.

I live there 3 months, no fights, everyone clean up the kitchen keep the place clean.

The ladies there were very helpful and had a cheerfhl attitude and made me feel very welcomed

They have helped me with my rent before and I am so grateful for their kind and generous help.

why do they need all the information? Either they going to help you or not. I mean its not their money, People who are in desperate need of help always turned down. they don't care if you loose your place or not. why cause it's not them. i feel people need be humble and help people who are in need no matter, what the situation is. Everyone needs help!!!!. May God open up their hearts, to be kind.

Was treated very rude by the lady in the front. Then argued with me because her clock was 15 minutes behind. I thought this place was supposed to be caring and helpful.

First time there didn't even get to walk into the store, will never return. This location is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00. I was parked there waiting for them to open up when a lady approached my car and asked me why I was there. I told her I'm waiting for salvation army to open. She told me that was her parking space, I told her I did not know that these were assigned parking spaces. I got out car and another lady told me that customers park across the street. I went ahead and got in my car and drove off. It's a good thing that salvation army or its employees do not need customers to shop there.
