I went in yesterday morning for my first time ever I was lost at first but thanks to Blanca she helped me out the whole time I was there very sweet and professional. I’ll definitely be going back thanks to her.
After getting off the subway you walk right into this amazing architecture it was incredible. The building looks smaller from the outside but it is much larger than it seem.
Such an amazing experience. We went in looking for a watch for my husband and ended up taking more stuff. We came across Anabel Cervantez which made us feel comfortable, not pushy like other sales people. She answered all of our questions with professionalism and made our experience hassle free. Even though we had her walk back and forth she never gave us attitude. Definitely, asking for her next time we shop! Thanks Anabel.
Asbury Park has become a destination for beachgoers since its revitalization. Hotels, restaurants, music venues and historic landmarks line this famous boardwalk. We visit often with friends and love the beautiful beachfront. A hidden gem of the New Jersey shore!
Didn’t go shopping as most stores were very expensive but great place to get photos and the architecture is amazing.
Love coming here early in the morning and walking the boardwalk. It's so peaceful and serene. The old architecture of Convention Hall against the majesty of the ocean, sun rising above the horizon just brings a sense of zen.
During the day, it's a fun, busy place with great eats and views. The beach can get a bit crowded, but it's well worth coming and checking out.

Store was hot Employees where not helpful. On line the store had the items Employees said they could not find it. I ordered it on line while in store. The Employee who was by himself in the pick up area was very helpful a very nice young man name Nathan. I still can believe that one person by themselves was more helpful then the 6 standing around doing nothing. Store was not busy and they still didn't help

I think that the Town is really starting to move in the right Direction. For one the Real Estate Empire is Super and Growing... when there is all new Architectural Buildings it's a Nice feeling. The Multi-Million Dollar Landscaping in the City is Beautiful from one end to the other, it's amazing, most along the Beach. The Arts, The Music, the Restaurants are super Nice friendly great food nice atmosphere, fun, many Ocean views. Asbury Hotel is really clean and fun with music and care...the Asbury Park Police Department has everything covered and I see no problems. The Asbury Park Police are visible and they want everyone to enjoy themselves in a peaceful way. I see them all the Time. With crowds like this here it's Vital to have good Great and many Police Officers around and they are Visible. I find that comforting. I have been helped to many times to count. Thankfully!! I always enjoy the Variety of things to do here. You can just walk on the boardwalk, go shopping, lay on the beach, go swimming in the ocean, take your kids to the sprinkler park, eat at a nice restaurant, or get a satisfying snack, a refreshing drink, and so much more. Enjoy every minute. 😁
Spent Sunday afternoon on the beach with some friends. The beach was clean, not overcrowded, and we were all treated to a group of people being Baptisted! I wish I would of thought to get a few pics. Further, it was only $9 per person for the day. You can bring a cooler for food and drinks if you want, or there are dining options on the boardwalk. The only possible drawback is the parking, so make sure to go early or bring a bike to ride from your car to the beach. 🏖🌊🌞🐳
Elias in electronic sales has a great customer service. He helped me choosing the right Smart TV. Very professional, patience and attentive. Not only he helping me with my new TV, but he also helped me with a sectional sofas. He explained about factory coverage insurance and also if I was interested in purchasing additional insurance. Easy Sunday drive. Free hot dogs summer weekends 1pm-5pm (we missed it!). This store has a very wide variety of options; baby stuff to huge TV's. Their prices are very good, less than department stores, they guarantee it! They offer credit o.a.c. The staff greet at the door, are very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this store location for those looking for designer accessories, clothes, electronics (Portable A/C), Apple Air-Anything, computers, and beyond!
Amazing by its architecture, huge building and a nice place where you can find a lot of shops. Even if you don’t want to buy anything you should go inside to see how special it is. Also, if you’re just passing by and you need a restroom you can go there 😄

It was just delivered the people doing the delivery scratched and broke the bed set. The refrigerator doesn't even work they said i had 7 days to report any issues to them mind you the stuff was just delivered a week ago and they are giving me the round around now.. stay away from this place!

MUST GO BEFORE 9AM AND PARKING IS FREE, this is a great place to walk, bike and walk the dog, go extra early, I would go from 6am to 9am, because parking is free up to 9am and we rode our bikes all the way to Belmar, so much fun, riding next to the ocean!
A couple of days ago I went with the intention of buying some sunglasses and the truth is that the attention from the girls left a lot to be desired, first I was standing in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes looking for someone to help me and the three ladies who were there They totally ignored me, I went up to one of them who was in the perfume stall, I greeted her and asked her about the sunglasses, first she completely ignored me, when I asked her again she turned to look at me with disdain and only told me that she was busy, that there were other ladies who could help me, of the other 2 ladies, one of them was only standing in front of the mirror looking at herself and combing her hair with her hands, I approached her and asked her if she could help me and she only told me that she was busy (because combing your hair with your hands is more important than customers apparently) and I call a third lady who for a change with a very bad face and bad attitude opened the glasses rack, I asked her a couple of questions about the glasses and asked her a suggestion to choose one and the way he responded made me totally unwilling to be in that place, it seemed that he was not interested in selling anything, I just thanked him for his time and left. The truth is that I no longer have the slightest intention of going back to a store that provides that type of service to customers and I’m even thinking of canceling the account. I would give it less stars but it cannot be less than 1 because of her very poor attention.

I came in to purchase a Perfume & Cologne & Came across Sandra Gutierrez who was selling this (Sexual Brand Line) of perfumes. She was very Kind , Sweet & Very Helpful answering all my questions even about other brands. She explained how the Sexual Perfume was coming up & sampled everything and really LOVED IT! Her Attitude, Charisma & Vibe persuaded me to buy a few and my Wife and Mom Loved them . I will DEFINITELY return . Thank you Sandra .
It has nice inventory but the staff profiles Black shoppers. After working in retail it’s easy to spot. It’s funny cause I just wanted to shop but immediately was followed, that’s the reality of discrimination everyday. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
The Asbury Park beach and boardwalk of today are not the same ones I knew growing up. Today they are full of businesses, beachgoers, foodies and people who just want to enjoy the sounds of the waves. The boardwalk has been refurbished, and there are many new restaurants and hotels. In addition, to famous landmarks like the Stone Pony where Bruce Springsteen got his start. The boardwalk itself is rather accessible, it could get bumpy at times. There is access to the beach as you can see in some of the photos. However, it only will let you go halfway to the water. This is great for a day trip, or a weekend trip so long as you don't stay too close to the beach as the hotels are rather pricey. Head on out and enjoy yourself!

Horrible customer service. Spoke with a representative by the name of AGUSTINA in the payment dept. She was so rude, all I wanted to do is to make a payment on the account even tho my payment is not due till next month. She stated she couldn't give me any info. Not only was her strive horrible, I had to talk to her in Spanish so she could understand I was trying to make a payment BEFORE MY DUE DATE. Some of the reps need better customer service training. I asked for a supervisor and she rudely hung up on me. Called again and was answered by DAVID he was nice and took my pymt. How hard was it to do a simple task. Never again am I buying anything from here. Still have the other half of my house to furnished, taking my money elsewhere.

State of the art shopping centre; creative architecture structure. The center has access to NY metro and NJ train stations. The mall has various shops and cafes. There is mobile charing room next to the restrooms of the first floor. Escalators take you from floor to another as well as the elevator.
I would like today's stores to work on this new over-profiling and folding clothes but spying on shoppers. Make this equal opportunity harassment for all people and not certain groups if that's where we are in customer service etiquette.
Not one associate acknowledged me when I walked in. They were too busy talking to each other about their weekend and actually gave me a dirty look like I was an inconvenience to them. The store was in terrible shape. It looked like a swap meet with little variety. I was actually surprised by this being a factory store. I worked for AE for 8 years, primarily in the factory locations and I have never seen a store look this bad.

The Westfield Word Trade Center shopping center is an architecturally beautiful building. The building is really spacious and light looking. There is a lot of space here and you can walk in peace. You can easily get here by metro and you can go directly inside from the station. The shopping center was clean and there are also free rest rooms.
Had a lovely experience with the short brunette young lady working in the front. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions about the products. Made my day with her kindness.
Julian was beyond helpful and patient as my wife and I shopped around. He answered all our questions (and we had many) in regard to the products we were interested in getting. It took us about 45 min to look and shop around and Julian checked in to see if there was anything we needed. He was very knowledgeable regarding the products we purchased. Always find great deals here. The clothes are such good quality. I would have liked to see more jeans for men in a 34/36.
Little sister came home in tears after being hounded during her shopping experience by a middle aged male clerk about whether or not she would by anything when attempting to try on clothes. He told her she could not try on clothes unless she was going to buy something, which makes no sense? how else would she know what to buy. This man then was waiting for my teenage sister when she exited the dressing room and told her she had to buy something from the pile of clothes in her arms. My sister then asked where to set the excess clothes she didn't want and he responded with a short and rude manner. She feeling pressured to buy a pair of jeans she didn't even want after her time there, that we'll now need to return. wouldn't recommend this location, better off going to the mall.

The store is cool. My review is based off they're hiring practice. My son was hired last summer (1st job) & was NEVER put on the schedule. He was told they'd let him know when he would be on the schedule. After two months of asking when he would be on the schedule he just stopped asking and found another job. They had both of our phone numbers along with his email & noone ever reached out. For all we know his employee number might still be active. The not so crazy thing is as much time & money I spent at that store I NEVER noticed not one employee who resembled my son, NOT ONE.

So many sales storewide! I was able to try on many clothing items as well which helped me so much to see what I wanted to purchase. The employees were very nice also. I appreciate seeing employees by the fitting rooms in case I have any questions and there definitely was someone there. Their selection is great, whether you’re looking for a sweater, a shirt, or even something more specific like I was personally looking for a long sleeve shirt and jeans which they had available in many different fabrics and sizes! Might be a bit of a wait in line right now, but I blame it on the holidays. All in all, great prices and beautiful quality clothing!

Happened upon this store while in Marquette and absolutely love it! Great selection of candles, soaps etc…. Bought a couple of candles and when I got home had an issue with one (wick/wax). Spoke Ryan about it and he was awesome! Took care of it right away! Customer service was impeccable! Unfortunately, I don’t live close enough to shop in person but I will definitely be ordering items online.
Employees were kind of blah but they had a lot of clearance deals going on. I was able to find three nice pullover v-necks for $5 each mark down from 65. They don't have much selection though and the regular items are kind of overpriced for the low quality material they use.
They had a ton of markdowns on really nice stuff. We saved over 300 dollars and walked out with 4 bags full of clothes. I got a lot of shorts and shirts that fit really well. We will definitely return to this location.
I went into American Eagle having been my first time there, not knowing what to get, all I knew was I wanted jeans. My husband and I were greeted many times and even helped by a young man (all I remember is he had a red hoodie and blue shorts) but he was very sweet and patient in helping me pick out some jeans and shirts. He helped me out at the registers and helped us save some more money at the end of our transaction which I loved!! It’s nice to be at a store that values their people so much. For sure won’t be my last time shopping!!!
The only reason I didn't rate this store 1 star was because it was a single employee and one time so far. Today April-8-21 at 6pm the super skinny girl black hair was behaving inappropriately. She was using explicit language about a mother because her child was crying. I understand she was fustrated with the crying but after she went off infront of me, she was way far more annoying than the child crying 🤭 and made my shopping experience bad. If she did that after the mom was far away from her, i am assuming she does that with most customers. I think she needs retraining or she is just in the wrong job. The rest of the employees know who i am referring too because she was using the bluetooth system to share her disliked.
Like i said the rest of the times that I have shopped here had no issues. the rest of team is amazing.

This store deserves a 5 star because of the great deals but due to the lack of customer service I'll give it 1 star. Lupita was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional when answering a simple question of sizing. I noticed it wasn't just me she was also rude to another customer that asked a question as well. Lupita made me not want to return to this location.
We love Marquette as a whole and love this little store in downtown. The hours aren’t the most accommodating but still very worth going to when they are open! 🙂 The children’s sweatshirts do seem to run a little big but otherwise, amazing quality, design, and wear! Will be coming back! Grab and hoody and cross the street to Contrast Coffee for a crépe and coffee 🤍

My overall time spent in this store was a waist of time, customer service satisfaction was a 0, a simple question was asked to their cashier and she was lost, curtisy was a 0, privacy was a 0, the cashier had us there overall an hour and nothing was solved.
It's very nice little boutique they have several locations they have one in Georgetown also besides the one in brazoria in clute lake Jackson area they also go by Bam's just a short version of Brazos avenue market
Went in store today staff was very rude no greeting when came in store. Associates stood and talked to each other while I was trying to look and stayed where they were and would not move knowing full aware that I was there. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in one store honestly makes want not shop with company any more that allows this kind of behavior. I guess I will be taking my business else where.

The staff at the Express Outlet Store in Melbourne FL are very rude and un-professional. Especially Lindsey, they target certain people and follow them around the store like if they are going to steal from the store. They have 2 entrances but most of time one of them is closed which is technically a fire hazard. Someone should report them to the fire marshal.

That’s kind of ridiculous since they are a factory outlet and supposedly their prices should be better. The quality of their clothing is poor compared to the regular Express store. Had to knock a star because of some misinformation. There was a sign outside that implied a store wide sale, but evidently it did not apply to the items I was interested in. Frustrating, but it happens. There clothes are really cute, but expensive.

This is a "factory outlet store" and their inventory is different from regular express stores. Also, they refuse to exchange/return any regular Express merchandise....so even tho their name says "Express" they don't operate like one. They will turn you away if you have regular Express items to return/exchange. Next closest Express store is over an hour away in Orlando...it shouldn't be the customers problem to deal with your inventory issues! Find a way to exchange your company's merch!

Love this cute little store. Pricey for my wallet, but generally worth it. Super cute clothes. I can always find what I'm looking for in here.
