Parked here because our SUV is too tall for the parking garage across the street. After we pulled in we saw a sign that said no metal credit cards. It would be nice if they would say that before you got into the lot. We tried using the QR code they have by the exit thinking it would let us pay online but it was a code to text to open the gate after paying. Luckily one of us had a plastic credit card so we could pay at the kiosk. When we sent the text to get out It said "vehicle not detected. Try again when near the gate." So we rolled closer and got "don't have an active transaction to exit." Then we used the paper card we got at the kiosk and the gate opened. There was a couple trapped in the lot as we were leaving because they didn't have a plastic card. We will not be using this lot again.
Easy to find. Thank you. The only thing I would like to see improved is a dedicated and marked lane for those wanting to leave the lot. It was a little chaotic, with people driving around trying to figure out how to leave and others sitting in their cars waiting for an opportunity to get in line to leave.

- In my case, my credit card (Mastercard) did not work. It was already passed 10 PM and no staff was around. I had to ask another customer to help me out (I gave him cash and he used his credit card).
- This was a scary experience!
- Tip: Test if your credit card is accepted immediately after you enter the parking lot.

This street parking lot is cheaper than the City run garages and is faster to exit. I recommend using it when visiting San Pedro Square market or SAP Center.
Your valet attendant (3/9/19 at 7:30pm) was the absolute rudest person I've ever spoken to in my life. For no reason! Was just trying to give him the SpotHero Reservation and he FLIPPED out. He was screaming at the customer before too. Don't know what his issue is but definitely don't appreciate being screamed at by a male 3x my senior, when asking him to do his job. Yikes
This is not covered parking lot.
