As someone who's been to multiple gyms in this area, I could easily say this is the best gym you could ever go to in Baniyas. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. Most positive environment I've ever trained in. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially James. This man is always free to help out; he’s literally the BEST🔥✨.

I joined the gym 10th july 2023, I was given 2 free classes by Coach James, I have never experienced his highly impactful workout program, credible fitness and nutrition knowledge, the gym is well equipped with variety of equipment but need more, shower area is great, im truly happy

The gym is perfect for residents in the Baniyas Community.
The gym is well equipped with latest workout machines, dumbell sets and an outdoor workout area.
There is locker and shower facilities available. They offer packages for membership without monthly, 3 month, 6month and yearly packages.
Trainers are available to guide you and clear your doubts on any workout.
The trainers can also be availed for personal training with a lot of training plans. WiFi, Waterbottles, water dispensers, music also available to make our workout routine joyful.

Positive feedback: overall good gym, nice equipment, very reasonable prices for gym subscription, very friendly staff, knowledgeable personal trainers.

Areas of improvement: Gets busy around 4-7 pm (can benefit from more equipment), would be better if management reduced the prices of personal training sessions.

Enjoyed every moment I spent in this Gym under the supervision and care of trainer James. I am different mentally and physically as the time pass by. It is a great experience and it will continue to be. Professionalism is their policy

I have made my subscription with the gym, since almost 3 months ago. I personally believe their prices are very competitive compared with other gyms. It has almost all required training equipment and lots of training coached to train members with additional fees, of course. I started my training with a competent coach called Mr. James, he is really well experienced, focused, and results oriented. I could see the transformation in my body as i train, which is very inspiring to me. I really feel thankful to James for his professional guidance and proper advice.
It's worth mentioning that the gym has a clothes change facility and shower place. I recommend the place.. be healthy 👍
