Owner pay attention you getting negative reviews on your food which is the redline of any food business. I bought a dozen everything bagels and there was only a few left out in front and the young lady went to the back and got the rest when I got home I noticed some were fluffy and soft and half of them felt like a brick I know the difference of bagels being out for 3 hours and others being out for more than 12 hours or more . . The customer is smarter than the employee especially since I’ve been coming here for more than 8yrs . Don’t assume your employees have your best interest believe it or not the consumer probably cares more because there’s something great you have to serve.

This deli used to be great, with kids that seemed to enjoy making packed out sandwiches and paninis. Then came the crack heads and methadonians who apparently couldn't handle the 3 ingredients that came in a bacon egg and cheese. And now it's staffed with I don't know what. I can't recommend this place for anything other than bagels as they are still made fresh and appear to be big and fluffy. Picture of my sad little sandwich.

The Corn Muffins were smaller today again, so we thought they were missing something in their recipe, BUT they are delicious!! Better than ever whatever they did. Try them!!

I have been coming to this place for years. Rarely had an issue. This is an egg & cheese wrap (which i always get) but today there was raw egg dripping out. 🤮 i almost fed to my daughter thank god I saw. This is unacceptable & I brought it back they made me a new one but the attitude was real & honestly just unacceptable. Wont be returning, sad because I was a loyal customer & enjoyed their food at least once a week.

The staff in this store are very rude. I just take the doordash order.Tonight this male staff is very aggressive and said to me next time don't talk to him when he is busy. I just saw that the customer's order has been packed It's been there for a long time. Ask him to bring it to me. I can start delivering food. I don't understand why he hates our driver so much. Maybe it's racial discrimination. I know the attitude of the employees in this store is towards the delivery people is very unfriendly. We often wait for more than 20 minutes for food. But they are still so rude. Try not to help them deliver food in the future

I ordered 1 butter bagel and one toasted and I recieved two seeded bagels. My daughter is a picky eater. She won't touch it. I did not order a seeded bagel nor did I request it in the notes. If you ran out of plain bagels you do not change it out with an item I didn't order without discussing.

Quick service, friendly staff, and delicious cream cheese.
The bagels are chewier and more dense than bagels I've had in Queens or Manhattan. The lox cream cheese was the star here. It was so thick and rich, with a good amount of lox pieces mixed in. It was very flavorful.
