PS 139- 120 West 140th Street is an old school converted to apartments some are from the end of the others are for general public to facilities run very well and very clean all the residents are very cordial and keep the apartment training I personally was there to do inspections for the construction work the reservation today I'm going on for the bathrooms kitchen flooring masonry work roof etc
