Newark has the most disgusting water.... Today the water was brown I called the water department and they said it's because they're flushing the hydrant. But that was noon and now it's 9pm and the water still is brown smh.

My water bill has been the highest these past few months for no apparent reason. Nobody is picking up the phone to explain the changes. I have left messages and no one has reach back. Clearly this place is worse than DMV. I will not send a payment till someone finally call back and offer a solution. It's absolutely ridiculous

Newark water quality is really bad and it's discolored and brown water keep coming when I called every time they said they will flush put the water hydrants instead of investigating and solving problem. And that works in water Department especially customer service ladies they don't love their jobs

Been tryin got reach someone for almost 2 months now! The operator is never available from the time I call 8:30am until the end of the day so what do they do? Stealing City money? The worst agency ever! How is anyone suppose to pay their bill or do anything if people are just sitting there waiting to go home getting paid for doing nothing! I’m definitely will be looking into how to report this and I keep a log of every phone call I make as well as emails sent.

The service is horrible at best. Why is no one ever picking up the phone or why can't I pay my bill online. The system they are using is worthless. Is anyone working there. The phone numbers just ring. And I gotten one person on the phone out of the hundred time calling only to be put on hold for an hour plus. This needs to be addressed and fixed asap.

No one picks up the phone! Emails aren't answered. Does anyone work there?? Ridiculous service. If I could give a zero star I would.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! All numbers are no good, automatically disconnected calls, payment plan options online doesn't recognize account numbers that your reading DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BILL!!!!!!

The communication here is HORRIBLE! Jamar has not been a pleasure to work with. I've sent tons of emails that get no response. I've been hung up on while calling.
