I would have given this place five stars for the food, but …… I had a delicious shrimp cocktail, but I was amazed they serve it with plastic utensils …a place of this caliber should do better. Also the vessel used to serve cocktail sauce was too small to dip the shrimp into… very awkward and not enough sauce.

level 1.5 is where it's at. cozy vibe without the surrounding mall-bustle of the other 2 floors, plus center of the chandelier.
had the most kind, fun, professional talented bartender! Jennifer & her coworkers made it a personal, spectacular experience.
3 different drinks, all easily the best drinks i had in LV (including 3 diff Michelin rated restaurants). 2 of my friends drinks were different from mine and she still says the same. Jennifer even catered our 3rd drink(s) to our personal tastes based on chats over the first 2, with surprises of her own invention ..very different from each other, and both really great!
I didn't stay at the Cosmo this trip... But with Chandelier and Sahra Spa crowning my trip (and honorable mention to eggslut and momofuku!!) ..I will next time!

We visited because of a recommendation but would have gone anyway because we saw it and my wife fell in love at first sight.
Cocktails were good but the ambiance was amazing!
We got there early and glad we did because we grabbed one of the only open seating areas there were.
Highly recommend visiting, maybe even.more than once.

This bar inside the Cosmopolitan is stunning at first sight. Decoration is pretty good. But once inside, it's average as a cocktail bar. Service was good, but cocktails not so much. Overpriced and regular drinks. It's a nice spot maybe for one drink and a couple of pics, but this wouldn't be my choice for a cocktail night.

There are 3 levels of this showpiece bar, with each level supposedly offering a different atmosphere and cocktail menu. I visited the top floor (level 2 of the Boulevard Tower) and was not impressed by the service. There were at least 3 bartenders there but it appears they prefer to serve couples (perhaps only White couples) because it took a minute for one of them to acknowledge me and get my drink order. I then noticed that for each subsequent couple that came after me, “Diego” proceeded to immediately acknowledge them and give them water bottles (I never received one). Perhaps his thinking is more people, bigger tip??? In any case while it’s a pretty bar, there’s no view or vibe—-better to go to a bar with a view or live music considering the prices.

The atmosphere here is worth the visit! I tried the famous off menu cocktail that was worth the hype. We walked right in and the bartender was great. It is a good bit of standing room only so be prepared to most likely stand and enjoy your drinks!
